I'm just wondering if all this drama will lead to any convictions. He did good setting up task force, getting warrants and arrestin suspected currupt officials. As we know that's easy part. Can his team of prosecutors land convictions. They need evidence to back trial and don't haste too much.

The government can't afford to look foolish again like when they had to withdraw forgery charges against Saraki & Ekweremadu. The perception of Buhari is mixed already it will only give his critics ammo to lambast him.

The day I read from the dailies about a confession of a notorious armed robber rearrested with a pace of 6 months while he supposed to be in detention. He was making a serious allegations against lawyers, prison officers and judges how he came out from prison within 3 months.
He said while in prison, a senior lawyer came to kirikiri to inquire to know his crime.when told him, he asked if he can raise like 2 to 5 millions to fast track the case and "probably bribe some officials". He said he was able to call his boys and they raised the money ( which I believed might be robbery again). He said the lawyer told him that they would postpone the case indefinitely and he will be bailed with sureties. That was how he came out within few months and was rearrested for armed robbery again within few months. So you can see what our judicial system has turned to. It is a pity and very sad things like this is happening but some people will still say witch hunt. Am sure fg might have perfected the judges that will take over the case in other to fast track the case and probably look for scape goat to make them sit tight in their duties. Let's hope for better Nigeria for now. Gm
