Bnladan:Simple question: the answer is HOLY SPIRIT. TELL ME, DID Prophet Muhammad Glorify JESUS? NO HE didn't ! Let me help you with that. Please read with me. 1 John 5 vs 7: For there are three that bear record in heaven, the FATHER, the WORD, and the HOLY SPIRIT: and these three are one. Sir, if you read 1 John chapter 5 only, the way you see JESUS will change. What SAY YOU? |

ollah2: This Person Jesus spoke about here is the The Comforter, John 14:16; the Spirit of truth, John 14:17; the Holy Ghost, John 14: 26,. This is the Holy Spirit. Jesus told us the full identity of the coming Person. There's no ambiguity about this. He is the third Person of the Triune God, the TRINITY. The Three-in-One! God the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost! That's why the only people who understand this deep revelation are only the people that have been visited by the Holy Spirit. No one can know Jesus Christ except the Holy Spirit convicts him. So, the much awaited Personality Jesus spoke about is no other person but the Holy Spirit. |

Bnladan: The Holy Spirit waa not resident with man before and during Jesus's reign on earth. Holy Spirit was the instrument by which God made dealings with humans, also is the Angels. However, Jesus must go back to Heaven after fulfilling His Mission of "Reconciliation of man to his creator, God in the position he had before the fall, so thar we can now COME TO GOD DIRECTLY WITHOUT SACRIFICING ANY ANIMAL OR THING". Then, the Holy Spirit is NOW God residing in the hearts of the true children of God, ie, those who truly obey the Commandments of God through the Word of God, The Holy Bible. Without the Holy Spirit we cannot understand truly the Words of God or get the revelations (directly from God) and live a successful Christian life on earth. The HOLY SPIRIT IS OUR HELPER, HE IS A SPIRIT, and IS THE 3RD PERSON IN THE TRINITY. The Holy Spirit understand faith, prayers, and speaking in another tongue which is the only language of Heaven which no man can comprehend. Also, the things of the Spirit is Mysteries to you because you do not have Him, if you do it'll glaringly easy for you to comprehend. Kapish?! 1 Like |

iyke484real:The Jews misinterprets Jesus words that he claim to be God same as Christians but Jesus never did as he claim to be "son of man". What was Jesus reply when they ask who's good he said "I'm not good only my father is good" he knows and never claim to be God only the Jews misinterprets his words and wanted to stone him like every other prophets were stoned, Jesus talked about how the Jews killed prophets before him. There are verses in the Bible that makes Jesus look like he's God and there are verses in the Bible that Jesus himself denied to be God. |

iLiquidator:Jesus never made it clear in the Bible that He is not God. Ever wondered why the Jews wanted to kill him? If he was just another prophet, why did they want to kill him? Jesus came to earth as a man and He didn't only teach us by His words but also by His actions. He knelt down to pray to the Father and thanked the father always. That was teaching us humility. But when the question was raised in Mark 14, He called Himself, "I am" and "The son of man, sitting on the right hand side of power. That itself was a claim He is God. And that was why in the very next verse, the priest tore his garment because it was an abomination in the Jewish tradition to call yourself God. Read my friend. |

discman2k2:may God 4giv u nd may jesus himsef forgive you abt dix...and am going to give some verses of ur bible to authentic my claim nw. Bible Verses That Indicate Jesus Is Not God The Creator 1. Matthew 24:36 No one knows about that day or hour, not even the Son , but the Father only . Here Jesus makes a distinction between what he knows and what the Father knows. 2. Matthew 26:39 My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me, yet not as I will, but as Thou will. Jesus’ will is likewise autonomous from God’s Will. Jesus is seeking acquiescence to God’s will. 3. John 5:26 For as the Father has life in Himself, so he has granted the Son to have life in himself. Jesus received his life from God. God received his life from no one. He is eternally self-existent. 4. John 5:30 By myself, I can do nothing: I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who has sent me. Jesus says, “by myself, I can do nothing.” This indicates that Jesus is relying upon his own relationship with God. He is not trying to “please myself” but rather is seeking to “please the one who sent me.” 5. John 5:19 The Son can do nothing by himself ; he can do only what he sees the Father doing, because whatever the Father does, the Son does also. Jesus declares that he is following a pattern laid down by God. He is expressing obedience to God. 6. Mark 10:18 Why do you call me good? No one is good, except God alone . Here Jesus emphatically makes a distinction between himself and God. 7. John 14:28 The Father is greater than I. This is another strong statement that makes a distinction between Jesus and God. 8. Matthew 6:9 Our Father, which art in Heaven. He didn’t pray, Our Father, which art standing right here!” 9. Matthew 27:46 My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me? Inconceivable if he is God the Creator. 10. John 17:21-23 . . .that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you . May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. . ..that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me. In this prayer Jesus defines the term “to be one.” It is clearly accomplished through the relationship of two autonomous beings. Christian believers are to model their relationship (to become one) after the relationship of God and Christ (as God and Christ are one). Notice that “to be one” does not mean to be “one and the same.” 11. 1 Corinthians 15:27-28 For he "has put everything under his feet." Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself , who put everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all . Paul declares that God put everything under Christ, except God himself. Instead God rules all things through Christ. (remember: “through him all things were made.”) 12. Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being. Jesus is the exact representation of his being. I send my representative to Congress. He is not me, myself. He is my representative. 13. Hebrews 4:15 (compared with James 1:13) For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet without sin. Jesus has been tempted in every way, just as we are, yet he never sinned. See James 1:13: When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me. For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt. Jesus was tempted in every way, but God cannot be tempted. This is why Jesus said, “don’t call me good, none are good, only God.” 14. Hebrews 5:7-9 During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death , and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him Jesus had to walk a course of faith and obedience in order to achieve perfection. By achieving perfection, Jesus “became” the source of eternal salvation.....now take dix pastor for mor comfermation...nd pls read read bible o.. 3 Likes 1 Share |

kestolove95:Question: "Is Jesus God? Did Jesus ever claim to be God?" Answer: The Bible never records Jesus saying the precise words, “I am God.” That does not mean, however, that He did not proclaim that He is God. Take for example Jesus’ words in John 10:30, “I and the Father are one.” We need only to look at the Jews’ reaction to His statement to know He was claiming to be God. They tried to stone Him for this very reason: “You, a mere man, claim to be God” (John 10:33). The Jews understood exactly what Jesus was claiming—deity. When Jesus declared, “I and the Father are one,” He was saying that He and the Father are of one nature and essence. John 8:58 is another example. Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth … before Abraham was born, I am!” Jews who heard this statement responded by taking up stones to kill Him for blasphemy, as the Mosaic Law commanded (Leviticus 24:16). John reiterates the concept of Jesus’ deity: “The Word [Jesus] was God” and “the Word became flesh” (John 1:1, 14). These verses clearly indicate that Jesus is God in the flesh. Acts 20:28 tells us, “Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood.” Who bought the church with His own blood? Jesus Christ. And this same verse declares that God purchased His church with His own blood. Therefore, Jesus is God! Thomas the disciple declared concerning Jesus, “My Lord and my God” (John 20:28). Jesus does not correct him. Titus 2:13 encourages us to wait for the coming of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ (see also 2 Peter 1:1). In Hebrews 1:8, the Father declares of Jesus, “But about the Son he says, ‘Your throne, O God, will last forever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.’” The Father refers to Jesus as “O God,” indicating that Jesus is indeed God. In Revelation, an angel instructed the apostle John to only worship God (Revelation 19:10). Several times in Scripture Jesus receives worship (Matthew 2:11; 14:33; 28:9, 17; Luke 24:52; John 9:38). He never rebukes people for worshiping Him. If Jesus were not God, He would have told people to not worship Him, just as the angel in Revelation did. There are many other passages of Scripture that argue for Jesus’ deity. The most important reason that Jesus has to be God is that, if He is not God, His death would not have been sufficient to pay the penalty for the sins of the world (1 John 2:2). A created being, which Jesus would be if He were not God, could not pay the infinite penalty required for sin against an infinite God. Only God could pay such an infinite penalty. Only God could take on the sins of the world (2 Corinthians 5:21), die, and be resurrected, proving His victory over sin and death. 1 Like |

Seun: So Islam goes against history to claim that Jesus was never crucified. Even if one doesn't believe in the Bible, it's impossible to deny history. Romans that crucified Jesus have it in their historical records that Jesus was crucified yet a "holy" Book that is supposedly perfect and came directly from "God" can't get basic history correct. This is one of the reasons, I left Islam. 1 Like |

Auki: It's a flawed logic to use the Koran to explain the Bible. The Bible especially the New Testament is 600 years older than Islam. To prove Jesus, let us go outside of the Koran and the Bible - let us use history. You will find that history confirms Jesus existed, was born and most importantly, was CRUCIFIED. If you deny that fact - then there is no need to continue this conversation with you 1 Like |

Jesus said in John 5: 19 most solemnly I tell you, the Son is able to do nothing of Himself (of His own accord); but He is able to do only what He sees the Father doing, for whatever the Father does is what the Son does in the same way [in His turn]. 20The Father dearly loves the Son and discloses to (shows) Him everything that He Himself does. And He will disclose to Him (let Him see) greater things yet than these, so that you may marvel and be full of wonder and astonishment. 21Just as the Father raises up the dead and gives them life [makes them live on], even so the Son also gives life to whomever He wills and is pleased to give it. 22Even the Father judges no one, for He has given all judgment (the last judgment and the whole business of judging) entirely into the hands of the Son, I and the Father are one." john 5:30. Then they all asked, "Are you, then, the Son of God?" He answered them, "You said it—I AM." Jesus Christ is the SON of God. |

iLiquidator: I am Christian and i say yes Our Lord Jesus Christ is not God the father, there is a deifference between God the father , God the son (Our Lord Jesus) and God the Holy spirit ( Emmanuel) The Prophet Mohamed was truly a Prophet sent to teach the people of the region how to get close to God, but just like Christianity alot of false prophets have hijacked islam which is a beautiful religion to spread their hate (Terrorism). Islam and Christianity are both one and the same, they teach to love not hate, to be peaceful not cause war, to spread kindess not terror.
