Inner Awka is nowhere near a definition of a modern city. Yes, the city has beautiful houses, but it is unplanned. Go to GRA in Onistha and see how liveable streets are planned; take a trip to Enugu and see how roads are connected; go to New Owerri and see well-planned layouts. I believe New Awka will be like these places, or better.

And please, stop mentioning Dubia- it only reveals your 'epic illiteracy'....
