Am asking for yearly progress and you are giving us plans of your military from 2006- 2023 or more. This is still a budget or plan not what was executed. Believe me, we can list more even though our budget is not as large as you claim.

We all know south Africans have not finished paying for frigates and submarine you bought with loan.

Those plans I posted are for a 3 year period. It only includes projects that have been executed or are under way (funded and approved)


You may be surprised to learn that some militaries take time when they buy equipment - studies, evaluation etc need to be done.

Last payment was made in 2015, it takes time to pay back $4 billion

The Russian fleet led by the aircraft carrier "Admiral Kuznetsov" has reached the Algerian coast on Monday, according to informed sources.

The Sergey Osipov, in charge of refuel the aircraft carrier, has docked according to the same sources, yesterday at the port of Oran (Algeria) .

The Russian fleet in the direction of Syria, will hold , according to several websites including "Interfax", exercises on 3 November in eastern Algeria near the coast of Jijel.
