An average yoruba man will point accusing fingers on igbos that they are tribalist

When they are more tribalists than igbos..
I notice that yoruba mums dont allow their daughter to marry igbo men except the daughter insisted.

Most yoruba parents train their kids up especially gals with the mindset of hating igbos and not marry igbo men.

In this 21st century they still dwell in old stories btween the teo tribes yet they claim they are more educative and exposed.... why?

Pls dude im not trying to cause any tribal differences here.. i just opened a topic that asked for discussion but its ur brothers who started saying all sorts about igbos....
Cant u just quote them and caution them if u are really concerned about tribal bias.... but no u could caution them..

There are many factors, to name a few

1. cultural differences
2. language barrier
3. when you get married in Nigeria, you marry into the family as a woman
4. Fear of not passing on the culture and traditions to the grand children because if you marry, you marry into the family as a woman
5. Historical stupid prejudice that continues to get passed on blindly
6. ignorant tribalism
7. operating on what they heard about the behaviors of the other side
