Anyway is your case that u have a Bsc and going for another bsc which is law ? ..... law is a bit different blc i think law is a second degree in most schools in USA ..... . most law schools require a bachelor's degree FIRST , maybe the VO is not aware of that and u needed to quickly educate the VO . .....maybe its a case of VO just seeing one bsc to another bsc without realising that the correct pathway. That how Medcine degree is in the US as well

i applied for my study permit ONLINE and i got it... this is for canada
i paid my fees
and attached my flight
and then i did some extras like my timetable from the school ( ive registered for my courses)
and other things like that

You can use anybody...family friend or relative, just try to give a good reason on why he would be sponsoring you, if you asked
