Henry, bidexii, Jakes etc, Deathmachine.

On IED, does Bokoharam make use of RCIED? Do suicide bombers use RCIED over there too?

Thanks.

I don't think so and so far they av not being any documented case of RCIED.

But it's appropriate to av radio jammers, we shouldn't wait, we should always be ahead in our games.

Do you mean Radio trigger IED, yes we've cases in urban areas were radio signals were used to detonate IEDs. It is not as common as VBIED, Person borne IED or basic IEDs, but they occur. However,it is handled by the police.

Beautiful aeroplane. This is what Nigeria needs in my opinion. Useless in a conventional conflict but nothing short of angelic in an LICW and COIN environment.

Nice buy.

How is a factual statement ridiculous?

Germany attached conditions to the sale of the Leo 2, Turks weren't allowed to use them against Kurds or deploy in Southern Anatolia.

The Turkish Army is not fighting Kurds and it is no longer in Southern Anatolia.

My statement stands

Ps: This story broke on Tuesday, Shlomo.

Is the Turkish Army fighting in Southern Anatolia?

Why did they spend 3 months deployibg m60s and now suddenly Leo2's?

Could it have something to do with geography and where they are?

Fact is, you don't know what you are talking about and have proceeded to make a fool of yourself.

My statement was that the Germans added provisions to the sale agreement stating that they cannot be used against the Kurds and in Southern Anatolia (a Kurdish region of Turkey).

When I informed you of this, the Turks were operating in Southern Anatolia and the way things were going, it looked highly likely that they would engage SPG and YPG units.

After all the Germans are one of the Kurds biggest backers and suppliers... where do you think all those Dingos, G36's, Panzerfaust 3, Milan 3 and M40's mounted on Mercedes "wolf" tactical vehicles come from?

Now, however, they are no longer in Anatolia and further, the Leo 2's have been deployed to the Al-bab sector (ISIS) and not facing Manjib (Kurds), they currently have M60's in that sector, YPG destroyed one on Thursday.

I find your obsession with trying to prove people wrong to be bizarre and uneccesary, you should be focusing on learning.

I don't say the things I say for fun, I say it because I have been following the Syrian civil war with great passion and I am trying to share knowledge.

Henry "What is a RIB?" 120 displaying his ignorance yet again

Where do the spare parts of a Leo2 come from? Does Erdogan sh1t them out of his arse?

What happens if tanks don't get the spares they need?

You talk for hours about Western countries and "strings attached" purchases, yet when I provide you an example of one, you cannot believe it! Why? Because a South African told you about it

All we have here is another display of your usual provocative nature, I guess it stems from your bruised and battered ego.

Maybe this forum isn't for you, maybe you should go back to beegeagles blog

You have proven nothing, you are trying to start fights for no good reason

I said: They cannot be used in
A. Anatolia (Southern)
B. against the Kurds

The deployment of Leo2's is neither in Southern Anatolia or against Kurds. So what have you proven?

All you have proven is that you don't know where Al-bab is! Further you have shown you don't know who occupies al-bab!

What exactly is your problem? Why are you obsessed with me?
