House, is it possible for ucap earnings per share to hit 1naira? Opinions please!
And please does anyone know what percentage of their 2015 full year earnings per share they paid as dividend?

It will only get to 97kobo. Last year EPS was 43k and 35k final dividend was declared. The expected dividend can not be more than 50k. As it is sef, it is overvalued. My Oga please look elsewhere.

Ucap at this level. I doubt it for now. I suspect that the company will want to also push out good news that will excite and sustain the interest of shareholders in the company.

- d bears have been pushed back
- see that fresh 1m units bid at 2.94 #chai

Overvalued? By what parameters? I doubt it if there will be any stock that will beat UCAP in term of dividend yield in the next earning season!

The 3rd quarter eps is 0.78k and final eps may reach 1naira or exceed it.This company may likely surprise the market again.

as far as am concerned, with this kind of performance, ucap is very much undervalued at present price.
it should be selling not less than #5 in sane climes!

In order to mitigate the effects of the challenges facing the economy in the banking sector, the Managing Director of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Alhaji Umaru Ibrahim, has advised banks to beef up their capital.

Hello my people, I want to buy myself Christmas gift and am considering FCMB, Transcorp and Diamond bank. Any advice with these stocks, though I intend to keep it for as long as it takes.

Recapitalization is not news just that the NDIC guy was spewing the news like rubbish. Those are still cheap for medium term.

I don't think I can buy diamond for now until they show some sense by considering returns on shareholders fund. But medium outlook of FCMB is pretty good.
