Hello Everyone. Happy new year. Please this is my first time in this forum. Am in a state of dilemma now and please need your urgent response and honest advice. First of all, my hubby and I applied for B1/B2 visiting visa for the Xmas holiday for the first time but something came up and we couldn't travel again in December for the Xmas.though I was pregnant during the interview but was not even asked any question apart from where I am working of which I told them. But they asked my hubby most of the questions but didn't ask if I was preggy. Though had my letter of correspondence with me and all other documents incase they asked if I was preggy so that I can show them but they didn't even check our document. And now we planning to use it to go for the Easter holidays in April and also to birth that same period since I will be due in may this year. Please my fear now is do I need to send a mail to the embassy as regards letter of Change of intent? Secondly if I send the mail, will they reply me back and if they do, what is there response gonna look like for those that have done this before. Will they ban one after receiving the letter of change of intent? Or better still I just travel like that then I will declare at the POE that am preggy and coming for vacation and birthing. But will this affect me later on when am doing Dropbox later on. But after this trip we intend to still travel more within the two years they have given us before it expires. Please kindly help a sister in confusing state right now cos my head is really banging. I will be really grateful. Await your advice.Thank you

God bless this family, mamas pls help me shopping for baby alone is no joke. Pls I need u people to advice me on the best diaper and wipes to buy for newborn I am seeing different product. Also shop to buy from. Even baby wipes I saw some for sensitive skin and normal which should I go for.
Then my hospital gave me gift card to get some baby things (like breastfeeding pillows, car seat cover, baby carrier, breast feeding cover) from some online shops. The gift card is about $163 but the total delivery will cost $60 it. I want to save as much dollar as possible are these things worth it. Cc Chloe, feddy27, AkorAkor, firstymum.

It worth it. Though with our currency now, it's kinda scary. But what I did was to buy essential things like diapers and some lovely carter clothes. Bought car seat too. So I will just advice that you do scale of preference because this dollar thing is not funny anymore.

Hi guys... this is not really about giving birth but I thought to share an experience I had.

We need to be careful when subscribing for free trials on online products and services e.g Netflix, rebtel, Amazon prime etc.

When subscribing for these free trials most times we are asked for our card details with a promise that we won't be charged till the trial period ends. What then happens is that you may completely forget to unsubscribe and you'd be charged for the service after the trial period ends.

This happened to me with rebtel and Amazon prime. I had registered and subscribed using my UK bank card and completely forgot about it. I just decided to check my account 3days ago and saw that rebtel had taken $30 from me ($15 each for Nov and Dec) and Amazon Prime had taken $100 for annual subscription.

My eyes red well well o... the rebtel own pain me pass as I no use am at all after the trial period! Anyway, I contacted both parties and have gotten my full refund.

So please mamas and papas as you dey subscribe remember to cancel auto renewal.

Have a great day ahead.

When asked " why are you going to the U.S" you should have said childbirth, after all in your post you said you already had your letter of correspondence and other documents.
Use the visa for the purpose of which it was obtained which is "Visiting". Afterwards you can use it for Childbirth. Using the visiting visa for childbirth will be seen as misrepresentation and will affect future applications. From previous posts, letter of change of intent no longer works. This is my opinion.

It depends d last time I got for 485 thousand, it depends how early u buy plus ur travel dates. Wen u go dere dey will even gv u options of cheaper dates and help u adjust.

Fyorgyn I concur with your post because it happened to me with Amazon prime they took £79 and I was madddd, but amazon customer service is excellent, as soon as you contact them you get through and they sort you out, that was the upside to it, I got a refund to my card after 3 days and since then I no do any yeye trial again.

When I went to Delta with my dates 2 weeks ago, they gave me a price range of like 1m - 1.5m, I ran away sharply

U are travln like feb abi Mayb dats y. Like now I'm travln June and I hv bought my ticket. I buy soo early cus I get information wen ticket will increase from a lady that works dere. Tho attimes ppl get lucky. Just drop dates with them and ask dem u want something cheap even if for them to adjust it

Travelling in January& Feb has been the best months to travel over the years, but this our fx dwindle won't even make everything better.

I was lucky to grab the emirates sale on the first day of the sale after months of ticket hunt, I was just certain there will be a drop in January and emirates & Qatar did a sale that began same day, emirates had more reasonable prices I jumped at it sharply, my friend is trying my exact same itinerary now on Emirates and is getting 400k because prices have increased I think people have really jumped at the sale that the lowest seats are sold out, on my way back I have a long layover but I called emirates and they'll do the dubai connect thingy for me because I qualify.

Hi everyone, please i need ut help. I just joined this group. And i only got to know that i might have committed a blunder. I applied for a B1/B2 Visa and had my interview in December. But i didnt tell the VO that i was pregnant. I just said i was going on vacation in April. I realized that was a huge mistake. Please what do i do now since i was issued the visa. My EDD is in June Should i travel to the US in February for about 2 weeks then go back again in May to give birth?
Secondly, i told them i was going to stay with family in Philadelphia. Do i have to go to Philadephia or I can go to see other family anywhere else?
Thanks a lot
