TESTIMONY TIME!!!


Running after a marine job even with Agboluaje Muhammed Adebimpe and Yekini Tajudeen at Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas proved abortive and the endless roll of the second phase of interview seems not to reach my side, I decided to take up a little job at a private firm around April 2015 just to keep spirit and soul together even though it doesn't worth it but to Ben Ige, I am swimming in money here in Bonny Island and even Gena Nwanguma alongside with Allison Philomina Ibifiri wants to send me off by force if not for the help of Otunba Prince Sam Elekwa who has been giving me though false but encouraging hope and Dagogo D. Allison who made me know I can still reap something good out of here.


I got this job through the help of Caleb Benson who was once a dear friend and everything seems to be good at the initial stage till my manager started giving me attitude early 2016 and it wasn't really funny at all but I decided to keep on no matter what. I thought things would be better as time goes on but it was't . I would have maybe report to the CEO but they were best of friends and it will be more disastrous. I was once forced to hint some of our staff what I was noticing and the response got me shocked when they thought maybe she was having a crush on me and I on the other hand always put on a churchly attitude.


I was enduring this drama till when the CEO herself started giving me much more than what I can handle. As a sheep sent among the wolves, I need to behave myself and be more cautious of what I do but it seems I was only day dreaming when it later end up in getting fired. All thanks to my amiable Prophet Okamodu Lucky Benson and the only spiritual father I have in Bonny Island, Pastor Oleru Christian alongside with Evang. Prince Funso who interceded for me bother in advice, prayer, consulting and encouragement before the pronouncement got reversed.


As a little bit sharp guy, I tried looking out for a better offer and fortunately enough, the only place I applied was like a dream come true as they accepted me with a huge warm hand and showed me an unmerited love. If I am to be sincere, it was more or less like begging before I accepted the offer because I was scared of what I may faced there. Not to disappoint the, I put all my effort like never before and contributed greatly in promoting the image of the firm.


Less than three weeks I resumed there, my 34 years old divorced manager came to the facility. Hearing (not even seeing) that she was around, i curled into my shell and hid myself in my office expecting a call through our errand girl to be summoned but sincerely nothing of such came up. I was astonished and also confused when my new manager told me that she came to apply as well. Its not possible, no be almighty Soty 'as fondly called' will stoop so low to apply here and start from the scratch. Weeks after, she was introduced to us as one of the new staff and we exchanged pleasantries. she was given a position a bit lower than mine. Since my mummy Christiana Oloyede never taught me to keep grudges and Jesus also told me through His word to love my enemy, I decided to draw her closer and dine with her, though with a long spoon and enjoy the friendship while it last as anything might still come up. While doing that, I was also tapping into her vast knowledge of experience and to meet up with the past for me, she was dishing out more than what I even asked for. Without asking, she started narrating what transpired between herself and my former CEO and I guess you should know to the extend a lady can go to rubbish a co-lady when the issue of snatching man-friend/hubby is involved but I acted as if I was swallowing it all with hook and line.


Work resumed fully on the 9th of January and the whole staff gathered to have a long meeting after a short holiday. During the course of the meeting, an appraisal was raised and I was regarded as the best staff of the year... Wow! this was awesome and to crown it all, I was booked for a seminar in Lagos for one week by April and all expense to be paid by may firm. Sincerely, the verse 5 of Psalm 23 came to pass in my life and I felt like I was riding on an eagles wing.


Last week Friday, a committee was constituted to oversee the affairs and welfare of the staffs. I never even have the mind to be part of it as aiSAM project really clouded my mind than even MMM now but was not made only a member of the committee but the chairman by force. Iranlowo tipatipa. The funniest part of it was that, my former manager than frustrated my life then was now nominated as my secretary and guess how it will look like when dishing out instructions for your minor in rank. I couldn't help but to smile when I remember the old bad dayz with her and now she can't even cough... may the Lord silence your enemy when uplifting you. Can you please say AMEN?


Lastly, lastweek friday was another sweet day when my ex who after professing millions of love later brought her then boyfriend to embarrassed and even almost got me arrested over my thing in front of Tantalizer at Iwo Road in Ibadan came begging for forgiveness and asked to be just ordinary friend cause she knows she doesn't even worth a lover anymore. She wailed so much and said her then boyfriend jilted her because they have issues on MMM ponzi scheme. I quickly have to let her know my stand but just that I can't imagine me feeling this lucky. It think Xtianah Chriz Tohluhlohpe should remember the incidence.




BOTTOM LINE: Never misused your power or position and never look down on anybody as someone you looked on today, you may end up looking up to them tomorrow. The only constant thing in life is CHANGE
