Atleast there should be a garden in this beautiful compound. I don't like a house without flower beautification.

However, I have a question. Assuming i have started a five bedroom which is at the lintel level and i decide to include a penthouse which wasnt in the plan originally.....

1. Is it advisable
2. How do i begin to plan for the staircase
3. What general advise can you give.

It is possible. Get a good mason to interpret your imagination. Not necessarily an architect! But just ensure more columns and beams are included

A mason to advice on a renovation work and redesign. I wont advice that.

Am sure it costs more than 20m now with increase in everything

Great looking place, obviously not in a western city in the USA, as you would not in most places be allowed to build such a place without rebar between the blocks... Or all of the other government mandated stuff besides that only to increase cost.
