I don't like hide and seek games. I have Nigeria Paypal and I can make payment with it and when I'm collecting money I used exchanger to get the money for me. If you are caught by foreign paypal, well na you know.
I have payoneer and it is aso for collection of money and spending, but not to verify paypal with it.

If you really mean to have a uS paypal account you can ask some of your friends in US to open one and verify it with their own card and they can help you to collect your monies via that. But for you to use it in Nigeria? Na you know OOO, but be ready to loose a huge money with it.

bodis is one of the high paying parking companies and with a prompt monthly payout. Your domains may not actually qualify for parking. if otherwise contact their support or try afternic though they are more popular in selling than parking.
