Hello Friend. I beg to disagree with you. I served in the church for over 20 years. To the Glory of God i'm now ordained awaiting deployment. I believe i have the upstanding to present my views without attacking yours. While i dont permit attacking authorities in anyway. I have proof, the society does, live presents facts that daily the church" DELIBERATELY " turns a blind eyes to situations where they could extend themselves but clearly see opportunities to make more money. Again i aint criticizing the house of God. But if truly we are expanding at the rate we claim, why do we miss so many people along the way we could have impacted and transformed their lives... Is it because like the guy who walked past the injured man in the Good Samaritan story, we are running off to look for where to profit from ?

The guy who wrote this piece annoys me to the heavens, but this message is not wrong this time around.

If you served in the church for 20 years as claimed then I think you are the most ungrateful individual there is, you must be very very corrupt to turn a blind eye to YOUR SUPPOSE DISSERVICE you saw in the church, and since you could boldly attest to being part of your supposed Fraud, then you are an accomplice, but that being said you grew in levels in YOUR SUPPOSED corrupt system and accepted promotions and postings. Brother you are worst than the system you condemn.

Come and see me burst into more tears because I had already been disgraced. The policeman told the woman to settle me with some money. The woman wrote a cheque of 5.5million naira and was about to hand it over to me but it was just too much for me, so I just opened my eyes, stood up from my bed and went to urinate.
Please do you think I should go back to sleep?

Supposed? I am simply doing what Jesus did in the scripture when he narrated the Good Samaritan story. How come do we miss people God wants to reach out to ? Where is the excuse if in a street with a church there's a hungry dying kid who was thrown out? Did i call anyone or system corrupt? Therefore you are the judge of it and it is according to your belief..I bear no shame. When i minister around your folks, they always rush to want to keep me... i feel ashamed for them like i do for you now. I provided constructive explanations i.e. why do we have open eyes to see opportunities to make money but we dont when its time to extend our hands? Could you be kind to help me out with reasonable answers?

To Freeze: Many Nigerian Churches (Not just the RCCG) have helped the forgotten of the society daily without having to publish such stories on social media (You will be the one to shout they are showing off if they do).

If you notice I didn't talk against collection of tithes or whatever offering. I only said they should do more for the society. If you're saying it's likely that God didn't ask redeem to do so then something must be wrong somewhere.

I have a number of points I wrote on Pg 2 of this thread. I won't repeat it.

The summary - CSR is strong in RCCG. Freeze should either face his business or go start a church since he knows so much about pastoring. And RCCG isn't govt.

You wont like this statement am going to make; I dont need him or anyone to tell me what I should do to help people. Only a disobedient pastor will need a donkey to correct him.

Now I had to quote you because you said you worked in church I normally don't comment, but we have thousands of mosque in kano alone and there is still the highest malnourished and out of school kids, why not base your opinion on both religions and you could include traditionalist who threw the boy out, but no you wouldn't, Because you are in the system you felt you have seen it all.

We should neglect religious nepotism and face the fact. Daddy Freeze is right though his techniques might be wrong. I mean he need not mention the RCCG alone.

I'm not receiving the message in the light of who passed it across.See i have sat down on tables with very high ranking People. I have seen people meticulous about money but not about soul, precisely while i left my fellowship to embark on my call. Its unacceptable to be on a street and souls are dying on the same street, i have been in villages in Nigeria seen churches thereand the community is sliding to hell.On instance i was in a community as i walked past i heard there are many souls here.Instantly i looked at the churches around and i laffed. Sleeping churches who can't see. why is the house of our father blinded when it should be a light. I have witnessed this experience in over 5 communities.I wont critic anybody. I will show it... We are coming.. No need for me to say anything to anyone. Naturally i hate to argue. so iwill show it.. just a little while longer

It is not a religious contest.The kingdom of God Jesus never rebuked any priest by comparing them with the world. Rather he lifted the church by the standard of God which is what i am doing. I pray you are not in such need and then people who think can be trusted turn a blind eye. It is their nature. I know them. It is that spirit i am judging for repentance not the Church, Christians or Muslims. If a genocide occurs in a community whom does the federal govt call ? The Police? Yes but also the local authorities as in the kaduna case, I hate that i saw what i saw on a street that a church was situated. There is no excuse, Paul attests to this in the book of Romans, If we must stand for God, we must stand not half way !

Just go to the North and see the level of Poverty even with Mosque everywhere.

And how has the Church failed to be the Light?

The Church cant help everyone and they shouldn't be Judged because they don't advertise their to the society.

This guy has gained the popularity he desired long time ago, I wouldnt blame this platform for making him smile often when his rants hit the front page.

However, it's pertinent to state unequivocally that many people are oblivious of the impact of the church in the society. It's is very irrational to think and conclude without a verifiable research of how passive the church is.

The same RCCG he attacks effortlessly has a CSR unit saddled with the responsibility of affecting the immediate environment the church occupies. Reports of activities are sent monthly to the headquarters so as to appraise the level of performance. How about the massive givings during missions and the prison ministry bit to mention a few. Look around, you will see such projects.

On welfare, just like other churches, many are addressed every Sunday to say the least. I have the privilege of meeting and evaluating these cases, almost every Sunday! The blessed ones know what they part with to address the needs of the less privilege ones. Do churches need to publicize these? No? These gestures are Christ-like and need not to receive the attention of Print electronic or social media

Freeze surely needs to get a life. Yes! A life in Christ that would redefine his purpose.
