ive been trying to fund with gtb and firstbank too but to no avail.
the restriction is still there!

I've been trying to use UBA too. Always saying Declined. Even skrill doesn't load on my browser now. Is this a general problem.

Change your sim. Your ip is probably blacklisted.

If it persists, you might want to use a dedicated vpn.

Naira cards are kind of useless for almost every online transaction which is not in Naira. You can just chill while the banks get back on their feet or you can use VCC.

No,they only allow deposit with bitcoin not withdrawal

If anyone want to fund every e-wallet in Nigeria y'all need to speak with ur bank first to get online purchase authorisation most Nigerian bank cards are always on default disable for online transactions.

Your cards are in default disable for online transaction basically for international merchant site ..that is why speak with ur banks for international online merchant site. don't say shrill or netteller o.
