Your dad should know that he is dealing with youths. There are ways of calling them to order. Talk to your mum. If she cannot do anything talk to your family people precisely from your dad place. If he still does not call them back, then your dad has a problem. Cos from what you said they did not steal or commit any offence that brought disgrace to the family.
