Pls house I need help with my case. Pls see below
Hello folaroyal .
Pls I sent you a mail concerning my trv refusal. I also attached the refusal letter for you advise.
I was denied because of misrepresentation. They said I did not disclose that USA refused me 2ce and they also said I am a member of an inadmissible class of persons described in Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. As a result you are inadmissible to Canada.
Pls what does this mean?
Can I reapply cos I want to be sure before writing to the school to request for another admission letter.
Other Gurus, pls your advise will really help.
Thank you.

Once you've been tagged inadmissible as a result of misrepresentation or submission of fake documents, you're ban from entering Canada for 5 years.

At this junction, you'd need a proficient immigration lawyer to file papers for you in Canada Federal Court to review or upturn the ban.

If you apply again and again, the outcome will be the same until the ban is upturned or the 5 years period lapses.

Start saving up for litigation if indeed you really want to enter Canada within the next 5 years and there's even no guarantee that you'd win the petition or appeal. At this junction, it is beyond cic level or the discretion of a VO. This is where you now have to answer to the provisions of Immigration and refugee protection Act.

I wish you well in your endeavour !

Best wishes!

I like d concept of ur application, I always tell people not to use a company's account as the source of money to pay ur fees via ur sponsor. In ur own case u used ur mum & sister whose acc is not a company's acc. Personal account statement is best sell out to this VO. I remember vividly one moniker that was refused on dis thread, that used his sponsor SOA, even though d Acc looks good but dis VO gats to be considering the dependants on that account as per salaries of employees and lots. I was shocked when d GCMS came out and all that was pointed out. Abeg wetin concern dem with all dat grin cheesy? U rightly said it. It's somewhat better go give CAC doc of a sponsor den let d sponsor give his/her own personal acc and not that of d company that is rested on so many things.

Thank you my powerful gurus in the house I appreciate,

This how I intend to go with the app, I will apply with my CAC docs personal SOA supported with Company SOA with other docs.
I don't want anyone to sponsor me, can't I sponsor myself? Am married with a kid isn't that enough as home ties with my Business?

I have a commercial building is advisable to take picture of the house add to docs and rent receipts.
plz advice.

I advocate the need for a WhatsApp group on this our study mission because as you type "Can-da" here, it always reflect on their database. And this Nairaland is widely known to be source of information by those elements.
Trying to advice all on how we can overcome espionage by some elements.

Frankly speaking...........

Why not? You can sponsor yourself. There will be more financial burden on your however because a visa officer will also consider the duration of your program and your dependants. If your spouse is working, it will relieve you some more.

Self sponsored applicants will either show funds for the duration of their program or show a very reliable source of funds.
If your rental property, your company or any other stable source can generate enough funds for you consistently till you complete your program, you are good to go. Just add the reciepts/doc showing the earnings. Pictures won't be necessary.

Your business and family wil sure be a good home tie for you.

bro like Ereytee said it boils down to financial power, if u 've the fanancial capacity to do so go ahead my added point is dat ur soa should reflect all d expenses for ur 2year program, while u can mk calculation reflect for one year on the CIC form becos dats wats stipulated by dem. and dat of d home ties ur family, building and company has fill in dat vacuum.success

Go to your bank with the following;

International passport data page

Your admission letter,

Invoice from the school,

Letter of authorisation for the bank to carry such transaction on your behalf.

I think that's pretty much everything you need.
Thanks for the response. I just need to know if it can be done in 2 weeks. Thanks

You don't need to be scared when you are doing what is right.

U.S. VOs are on Nairaland and genuine students still get their Visas daily.

This is not the only open source of information on Canada you can Google "Canadavisa"

A WhatsApp group will defeat the purpose of information sharing. Many will only come in when they need help and get out when they are fed.

WhatsApp also has a limit on members. "It has a maximum number that can be in a group".

It takes teamwork to unlock potential.

We achieve great things here because of our togetherness.

In conclusion; I am strongly against your opinion but I respect it smiley kiss

With much candour, I admire your courage !

If you have enough funds, i think you should try Australia, they have similar immigration policies with Canada, Ireland does too.

You can also brief an Immigration lawyer in Canada to assist you with your application for Judicial review of the decision of CIC. It cost money though. (Average of 365 CAD per hour )

If you're so inclined to pursue a Judicial review. visit the following link to understand the process;

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/inside/appeals-review.asp

Final Note: Please let's endeavor to verify our study permit application forms before submitting same, it is quite disappointing to get denied and banned for errors and mistakes that could have been avoided; taking into consideration the efforts and resources invested into our applications. I have a feeling that Cic will become unforgiving whenever they're faced with cases like this.

Best wishes !

Come to Nigeria then apply for a higher program in Canada preferably an M.Sc. in a related field to your study/work experience.

Seconded, VO here or not doesn't not stop people from getting their TRV, but going on whatsapp would derail d purpose of this thread. As Genius00 said NL is just one of those numerous sources of info about Canada study permit. I do respect ur opinion but let us keep it here. God bless us all.

I respect your opinion also but highly opposed to your view.

Nairaland is good but my main concern is identity protection.

Have heard about so many cases of ghosts and people with no genuine motivation flocking around to know who to catch as prey.

You all know I have integrity to protect and this has propelled me to speak up so that we all be aware.

I strongly stand for an upright reward/decision should go to an upright person whether we have standby VOs or not in this forum.

It is a requirement by the visa office for nigerian applicants and yes, some folks have been granted permit without one. If i were you, i'd rather provide all requirements than gamble between providing it or not.
