I can show you 3 diff whatsapp chats i have of people i know wanting to buy a brand new redmi 4a,there is one particular person,that wanted to even pay me yesternight to help him make an order,since i saw his post of his phone been brand new,i called him up,he told me 40k,nd my reply was phone of 28,800,and i cut the call,
So you jumping to a conclusion that i dont need the phone is just nor right and not well said at all,.
But as i said cos of the respect i hav for you,i would let it slide,you have helped me alot in d past,at least all my knowleged of online shopping was gotten from this grp,and u particapated alot.

Either you request for an ATM card from your bank (make it a Visa card) or you use another person's ATM.
The person should have government issued ID card, and should be profiled for internet banking so you can appeal/verify.

Or you can buy from resellers at a (slightly) higher price.
