Though I don't support this act but I smell lies from the DPO. He is looking for scape goat for quick promotion.The man said he was arrested as he alighted from the motorcycle that brought him to station while police is claiming he tried to bribe them with 500k.
Think again, police can lie just to look as if they are doing a perfect job. Police do frame people with guns and brand them armed robbers after torturing them to admit crimes they didn't commit.

Police is known for lies,frame up,torture,extra judicial killings,murder,daylight robbery.... just name it.

Haha! both the Police and the person that called for their arrest are ignorant. Sniper is meant to preserve food crops against insect and not for home use, its clearly stated. Sniper is certify by NAFDAC and even produced by SARO Agrochemicals.
