PM me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rett0:
Good morning house.

Please can you do me a favor Oga bellong and all other seniors in Australia? I have to apply for informal review of my EA outcome in the next few days and it requires I post the application with a bank draft in Aud.

1) Banks said they don't raise draft in Aud but USD so I can't make such payments from here.

2) Post offices I've gone to said they can't meet the deadline.

Please can anyone help me raise the draft and post the form to EA within Australia? I could pay the $A286 in naira or transfer the money to the person.

Please it's urgent... Thanks

Dear Bellong and other gurus thanks for the good work on this platform.

I have read this on VETASSES website for my nominated occupation- health promotion officer.

Health Promotion Officer (ANZSCO Code 251911)

This occupation requires a qualification which is assessed as comparable to the educational level of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Bachelor degree or higher degree, in a field highly relevant to the nominated occupation.

In adition to this, applicants must have at least one year of post-qualification employment at an appropriate skill level completed in the last five years which is highly relevant to the nominated occupation

I have B.Sc. in biochemistry and M.Sc. in Public/community health with over 1 yr exp in health promotion. I believe i stand a good chance of a positive EA from this combination. I just want your opinion on the copied sections, hoping i interpreted rightly.

Bellong and other gurus kindly advise........

bellong:
@tyosho,

He will have to submit both his BSc and MSc, I know with long years of experience, it can be used in lieu of qualification by deducting about 5years from the experience.
He should give it a trial.

@Utcheylee,

For advisory service, you do everything online including your transcript. It is the assessment proper that your school will have to send the transcript.

@Lovetrust,

His HND will not be assessed to be AQF Bachelor degree but with 8years of experience, he could get positive assessment through reduction in his years of experience. There is ICT technician on the list too, he has a fair chance of getting something to progress.

My opinion.

@Bellong.... I have taken my PTE a second time, sadly still got the same 76 in speaking. We are now considering applying to NSW for visa 190 with my 55 points, but there is an issue, everytime I try to complete the process of filling my details on the EOI/Skillselect, I get a total of 60 instead of 55, I have gone through it multiple times to see where the extra 5 points came from to no avail. Please why do you think this is happening?

PS: I am tired of writing PTE. sad sad
Subclass 190 will give you a total of 60 points. Thats 55+5. The added 5 points are the state nomination points which can only be truly claimed after being nominated by the selected state.

Sadly we are in the same dilemma o.

PTE has broken my heart thrice now. Also had to apply for NSW this morning after d disappointing news.

The extra 5points is from State nomination. So not to worry about that.

@Sylokobi,

Only South Australia sponsors financial investment adviser and you must have 75 points to be nominated as it is on special conditions.

Customer service manager is also on special conditions and only on 489 visa.

If you think you can meet up to 75 points, you can go ahead with the assessment.

If you are married, your husband can be the principal applicant if he has his occupation on the list.

I am not yet married.

Please i want to clarify something with regards to Customer Service Manager/Contact Centre Manager. Since my job is that of a Customer Service Rep and not a Manager, can i still go ahead with the assessment?

Also if i am assessing with Vetasses, do i assess both my Diploma and Degree certificates.

Sorry for the bother.

Thank you

You musn't provide tax, payslips slips shouls suffice, and for vetassess it is very important for your occupation to be closely related with what you studied. You can check the SOL?CSOL list to be sure that what you want to apply for is closely related with what you studied and what you are currently practicing.

Please o...are you saying that those of us whose occupations are not closely related to our course of study do not stand a chance with Vetassess?

You probably have been subjected to external security check.
You can call DIBP to follow up.

Mine also took about 10 months because of the external security check.

What is your profile? Do you have extensive travel experience, especially to "Islamic countries"?
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong: 10:27pm On Mar 23, 2017
@Rett0 and Yeeshas,

You already got answers..

@Sylokobi,

The important question is, can you get up to 75 points?
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong: 10:30pm On Mar 23, 2017
@Laytan,

Yes you stand a great chance of positive assessment provided your experience is in Health promotion officer and you can adequately convince VETASSES in your job descriptions.

There is a supplementary list for SA for which corporate services manager is not among.
When I inquired of them, they said the occupation has not yet been moved to the supplementary
list. So from history, is there a possibility that more states will sponsor the occupation in future?
I guess what I am asking is that do states that dont previously sponsor an occupation start sponsoring it later?

I don't think so but it is not impossible. However, considering the recent high rate of migration, I don't think states will have shortage of occupations they don't have on their list now.

Electrical engineer? Vetassess? Seriously? You need to read a bit more.

To answer the other question,

Me, Electrical Engineering, 2014.. 0 work experience, 60 points.

Mctowel01, Electrical Engineering, .. 0 work experience, 60 points

Jamson, Electrical Engineering, didn't use his work experience.. 65 points.

that should answer your question..
