Good afternoon bro, the comment you quoted was actually for the guy unable to receive the consat channels alongside that of multiTv. It is obvious you're really missing your MBC channels. I love the channels as well, especially for its picture quality. This is what you should do, after tracking multi TV, standing in front of your dish, move the dish towards your left in such a way that the signal quality reduces, as you can never get MBC while multi TV signal quality is at 85%. Tap your dish up a little such that the elevation bolt falls in between 60 and 65 degree mark, this should further decrease the multi TV signal quality to about 60 to 65 percent. When you're at this range, tighten your elevation bolt a bit, so that it doesn't go down without applying any effort or force. Then input your MBC tp, 12284 V 27500, alter the elevation and azimuth bit by bit, you should hit green.
From your name I assume you reside in SW, so for better result and to enable you nail the MBC alongside Multi TV with little lost of TPs, I recommend you use a 90cm dish.
Also set your lnb at 3 '0 clock while facing your dish.
Finally, since you are not using a Sat finder, ensure you note the position of the elevation bolt anytime you successfully track a new satellite position. It helps a lot and saves you a lot of stress if you were to track the satellite again.

thats what I ll do but do you know maybe the signal drops during the day cos m able to track multi tv but to track mbc was the prob.but will try 1more

Can this be tracked with 90cm in Port Harcourt? I need to see these channels live on my tv set.

Of course,60cm is the minimum dish requirement for the one @26E while 90cm is for the other one @7W

As u are able to track joy prime,u should be able to nail mbc easily.when u hit joy tv,lock ur dish at d back firmly,turn ur LNB to 4.00k looose that 2 bolt and nut at d sides.then raise ur dish up slowly like snail a bit mbc should flash green by fire by force.u might even be lucky u receive the joy and mbc with one LNB.I have been nailing the 2 birds with one LNB for my clients for longtime now.NB...90CM Dish use strong short neck LNB or original premium gold LNB.Lobatan

sunnne1 thanks for the care I ll try to tweak my lnb mayb thats the next tin cos I was watching two wks back before an heavy blow the sognal just went off not that it shaked or noting and since then its no more coming up. I noticed my signal dropped to 53% before it went off finally the highest I got was 56% but I ll try to do it again by tweaking my lnb to 4 o clock myb it will come

my broda why are u misleading him,you know truely well that the decoder is not the problem...4669 is an mpeg4 decoder,it can track HD frequencies but can't show pictures.All HD decoders are automatically mpeg4 but not all mpeg4 boxes are HDs'

Am not misleading him if at all he finally get the signal it will not show on his ...69xii. So it is better for him to forget about it without a HD decorder. Again strong 4922 series will give him the signal faster than his 69xii.

Bros with installers experience,4669xii is d best tracking machine decoder strong ever produce with long signal bar that u can easily see even on a sunny day.if he finally gets the signal ,it will definately brings out sound and pictures. it will show.

I bet to disagree,because even with my mpeg2 satfinder,it is very easy to track on 60cm dish.lnfact one LNB to nail MBC/joy packages.Enjoy

The MBC on badr 26e are HD channels so with mpeg4 I don't think it will show. Again in terms of 69series being the best is just the long signal bar that can be seen from a distance but 4922 series are better in terms of fast signal reception. Just give it a trial and you will see the differences.

Mbc on the east i mean Badre 7@ 26e with TP 12284 V 27500 are SD so it is available on all MPEG-2 decoders.

I disagree with you vehemently on this!why do you think 4669 is so popular among installers?even after over 7 years,it's still in demand.My point is that;the receiver is complete!all-in-one:easy to use,nice UI and most importantly the tuner,4669 series arguably has the best tuner among all the other strong boxes.Using a 4922 wouldn't guarantee you'll get the signal easier!
