As a guy, I think women really should be blunt about it. F*ck the guy's ego. Of course the weak ones will resort to name calling, but just let that roll off your back. At the same time I'd advice guys to raise their inner game (self-confidence, focus on self improvement, abundance mentality) and outer game (grooming, body language) so that rejection is not an issue.
