Personally, I still don't know how a HOD of a dept one is no longer in can stand as a referee. My dept has changed HOD twice since 2015. I don't understand how the HOD is supposed to know every student, or stand as referee. My current HOD doesn't even know me. I'll still try to contact him/her and explain.

How long did your interview take?

Broke whose neck....No question till you go back individually, it depends on their mood but prepare for between 30-60 minutes
