For those that don't know trends, Naira gained sudden strength due to
1) MANIPULATION 2) PARIS CLUB REFUND

Wait let FG pass and release BUDGET fund then watch the looting and conversion into FOREX resume which will put serious pressure on NAIRA.

Then September during SCHOOL FEES period come and see the mother of all scarcity which will peak USD @bove #600.

Those that has ears let them hear.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by BullBearMkt(m):
EVERY INVESTMENT CARRIES RISK

Do you know what separates good investors from bad ones? It is the ability of good investors to manage their risk. The only thing we can control is the amount of risk (or lost) we are ready to take before entering a trade. Have you ever asked yourself how much you are ready to lose before pulling the trigger? If not, then start it TODAY...

The table below shows the risk-reward and the percentage of win rate needed before we can start making money in the financial market. Our aim, at least, is to target a Risk of 1 and expect a Reward of 1... that means, half of the times we are right and the other half we are wrong. Better if our Risk/Reward starts from 1:2 (those in dark green colour). Don't go for red highlights!!!

For example, using Risk of 1 and Reward of 2...
This means if I want to invest in a trade with a capital of, say N100,000, I am ready to take a loss of N20,0000 in case my analysis of the market is dead wrong, before I abandon the trade. With that, I will be left with a balance of N80,000. I should therefore target to make a profit of N40,000 (in case the analysis goes my way). So with this, I will come out of the trade with a total sum of N140,000

This implies, before I enter the trade, I have a plan to risk N20,000 (which I can control) with the expectation to make a N40,000 profit (which I cannot control). In this case, with good investment strategy, 66% of the time, I know I will be making money...

Risk Management makes the difference...

Good morning everyone and welcome to another exciting trading day...
grin grin grin grin grin
