Change is inevitable, everything, person and places exhibit and features change, it a popular saying that change is the only constant thing. The cliche is of more pukka in the case of ever dynamic city, state of Lagos. Here are pictures that indicates changes Lagos has undergone over the the last few years that makes it 50 years golden jubilee anniversary worth celebrated in a big way. the tax alone is hilarious. taxing a sachet water seller more than the goods on display is crap. lagos needs reset or the elites would only be the ones innit.
