You can go with the 3 months statement of account. The funniest part of it is that you won't be ask. I observed they didn't ask for all these supporting documents, if you ask me i don't know the reason. Just be confident to present yourself.

I thought you wanted to land at New York, Chicago or Washington DC. Since you are going to Washington, that's amount is fair. But if you really want to cut cost, land at JFK and take a greyhound bus but it will take you 2days to arrive your destination.

No such negative feedback though their evaluation result can't be compare to WES and ECE evaluation outcome. So far, WES is still the best. If your CGPA is low and you still have ample time, I suggest you use WES.

IERF is Ok, i patronize them Last November, but are you really sure they are the cheapest Its depend on how urgent you need the evaluation... The longer the evaluation time the cheaper....any question don't hesitate to ask..
