Does he hold that much power? The answer is a resounding NO! I seriously hope you do not expect him to raise offering (especially from people like you) to free her. She's in prison for her misdeeds, perhaps if she had apologised before it got to court, she wouldn't be there now. Learn!

Please you don't pay the sum in bail bonds. The meaning is that you may be forced to pay if you jump bail ie fail to appear when needed.
