According to most lores werewolves are stronger than Vampires. U guys are just being biased. But i no blame una. Its the way TVD has portrayed werewolves.
Go and watch Van Helsing & Underworld and read up on some werewolves and vampire lores and u realise Vampires are no match for werewolves.

Strong here is "strength– physical strength or physical power. It's only a subgroup of being Powerful. However , the Silver surfer is Powerful because he's many powers which includes strength(maybe not even close to Hulk's). anyways, I think a clearer but deeper term would be who or which is greater between werewolves(hulk) or vampires(silver surfer)...and strong isn't synonym for powerful eh` any vampire with a plan is stronger apart from the originals :p

marcel, and his goons massacred the wolves when he was in charge of the city without his powers. A breaking of the wolves neck and it is dead. Snap a vamp neck and see it come back to life after time..
