Hello House,

I really want to appreciate you for the work done in enlightening people.

Please I need help...

1. I already began a PNP application, but I had to withdraw the process since I subsequently got ITA. Please I need to confirm if they do search if an applicant has applied before on a PNP and confirm the information provided on the PNP with the information submitted for ITA. (Kindly note that the ITA gotten was not through PNP nomination).

2. If i reject ITA gotten and withdraw my profile in a bid to create another, will they cross check the new account with the old profile to see any inconsistency?

The reason for my question is I noticed some inconsistencies in the information uploaded for the PNP account(which was subsequently submitted in the EE pool and was used in getting ITA nomination). I intend correcting this by rejecting the ITA and creating a new profile entirely with the appropriate records.

Thank you for the anticipated help.

Pls I need help.

I tried to check ma NOC code on the cic site, but I did not get any (the job description table won't shift as I typed my job title).

Also, how much is enough money to sustain one in Canada, since the Canadian immigration is so much interested in one's statement of account.

Does one need to have all the documents listed by the op ready b4 one can start the eligibility test(what are the documents/infos needed during the eligibility test)?.

Thanks all!

I just want to apologise to you all for the silence. You know how stressful bank jobs are and by the time I get home I don't even feel like doing anything else except sleeping. Also, for some reason I was finding it very difficult to login because I couldn't remember my login details.

For everyone who has received their PR's I just want to say a huge congratulations! For those of you who are still on the journey don't worry, you'll get there sooner than you know and in the end it'll be worth it.

Oh and one more thing, if you're already here in Canada and are still job hunting and your experience is in the financial services industry, let me know so I can give you some interview tips and tricks. Trust me, many of the interview questions they ask are constantly repeated.

Good luck!

I don't think there is anything wrong in reading even all the pages to get your answers. People always want quick solutions, which might not always be the best. I have gone through all the stages but I still took my time to read several pages today to see if I can answer any pending questions. So what's the big deal with reading?

As a lot of people have advised, ask your questions here so that other people that have the same issues will benefit later.

Congrats to all the new recipient of ITA. Wish everyone quick PPR.

Boss13:

There was no need to answer him. Someone also advise that I read 0 - 50 when 70 percent is all about WES evaluation. Another person said it would benefit me because I have to search through for my own request. What they forgot is that people's issue maybe different and on the spot answer can save time and money.

What is the essence of this thread if people cannot provide on the spot answers rather than referring people to read 0 - 50. You can refer newbies, but not those who already have ITAs or excepting ITAs

To add to this, even an effective post ITA group should have moderators that have been successful in the application. So I don't understand the essence of a group filled with rookies.
[quote author=40manlappy post=56654245]@lacord5

I think this issue should not be flogged unnecessarily. Apart from "doing as they do in Rome", asking people to drop phone numbers may earn you a ban. Unlike other forums like Canadavisa, Nairaland neither support nor encourage promotion of Whatsapp groups and soliciting of members from the forum. We must appreciate the fact that many who have benefitted immensely from this thread also have reservations about it too.

You may want to take a closer look at the ITA letter regarding this.

One was posted on here some days ago.

elfmann:

We are talking about age..if u don't submit eAPR when ur next DOB hits, ur application becomes ineligible if the CRS gets affected wrt cutoff points u received the ITA on.

Hi All....
Please i have a few questions. I have just a few days about 5days left to submit my application as i just got my FBI PCC. However in going through my application to ensure no problem,I realized i have to change the noc code for 2 of my experiences as a different noc code fits better...changing from 1311 to 1431. The noc code that now fits better is under category C.
1) Can i change the noc codes
2) These jobs are not under my primary occupation, so will changing them to an noc code under category C affect my application?
3) I realized that for the work experience i intended to use as my primary occupation, i have only 12months (not up to 365 days) of experience noc 1112 category A but realized it has to be over 365days to be counted as a year. I intend to change the primary occupation to noc 1221 category B for which i have 2years in part time. Pls can i change this?
4) Do i go ahead with all the above or just create a new profile and hopefully expect to receive a new ITA in the next draw. My CRS was 456

Skill category C is not eligible for Express Entry. Only categories A, B and 0 are. Sorry, I don't have ideas right now about the other issues that you raised.

@40manlappy....thanks alot but does that mean i should take out all jobs that are Category C? The main job i intend using now is Category B and i have job experience of category A but not enough to use as primary occupation
