Today is Sunday, which means you are going to see everyone stepping out with their best clothes, straight down to church for a fashion parade or to worship God Almighty..

So how good was your look?

I just want to tell you that you can look and fell that good from Monday to Saturday, and I am not just talking about the clothes, I am talking about you yourself..

Don't just let Sunday be the day you dress your best or wear your best, Let it be everyday, if stress from work is making your weekdays look like your worst, then you are telling me you haven't subscribed to the healthy community and you don't read my blog where you can actually end the everyday Nigerian stress without doing anything.. in a sense.

Remember, you deserve to look good and feel good, everyday of your life.. Don't let anyone bruise your self esteem or body shame you.. Because you can only be the best in your own eyes and there are so many others who are wishing to look just as good as you...
