Between FCMB and Fidelity, I wonder which would get there first. Fidelity looks more likely.
fidelity is not supposed to be where it is today, they released a good 1st quarter result unlike fcmb. Their problem is their outstanding number of shares. I think they are likely going to out perform fcmb for now, but once fcmb releases any good result, it'll fly back to the sky, where it belongs.

Some times I just wonder why people trade all their holdings in dividend paying stocks.
Any time I remember my ucap I smile. I sold UBA because of financial need and I am still regretting because I didn't even use the money for the intended purpose.

@fxuser
Thanks for the link, the question is how come they are so heavy in NB Plc, cause its weighting down the portfolio, except they had it before the news of converting dividends to shares came along.

We should be careful with such stocks, cause this guys can also dump stocks without notice, the are the real JIJO masters, they DON'T ROMANCE STOCKS for too long.

On point bro.

JIJO is good only when your movements are well synchronized with the market.

If they are out sync, you'll find yourself swimming against the tide.

You are even talking about those that sold at 1.15, what about those who panicked when it got to N0.93 and sold out?
A nice name for it is cutting losses, not panic-selling...

I didn't believe the news myself.
Can't see how danjuma will sell or merge may and baker with fidson.
Evans will be a more realistic possibility.

The Senate has passed the Petroleum Industry Governance Bill. The PIGB is the first part of the Petroleum Industry Bill, which the National Assembly has failed to pass since 2008. To allow for easier passage of the bill, the Senate broke it into four parts.
