He probably did not know the true story. His wife has ego issues. He should have also listened to the Chaplains side before acting. She is at church and before the eyes of God she is nothing special. She has obviously lost sight of humility. Ambode acted to fast instead of investigating his wife's side of the story. I hope the chaplain is well compensated. Mrs Ambode may just have put doubts in her husband's mind about her if she lied about the chaplain.

If this is the actual story, I do not see any disrespect here especially in the house of God where everyone is equal, Mrs Ambode should get off her high horse this is not a political zone. Power drunk people, I pray they do not taste the wrath of God he go do them like magic

Because she is a governor's wife, so special preference should be be accorded her? she is a very stupid woman to have taken d source of livelyhood of a fellow human being from him. If this is true Waow... She and her husband really messed up... She's just a 'wife' of elected governor not the elected one. What audacity does she have to interfare in the running of a church? Apart from being a chaplain is a slap and misuse of power if this is done to a norm citizen not to talk of GOD'S anointed fellow.

There's no superiority in church and when you're being acknowledged don't be carried away to think you're entitle to it or it's a must.

I pray she have a rethink and restore the chaplain then seek GOD'S FACE for forgiveness

This is shocking, surprising and disheartening, if confirmed to be true. Bolanle Ambode being a christian should know the full meaning of "touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm" the Lord usually avenge his anointed...while i do not pray for any calamity in the land, it is advisable to the governor and his family to confess before the Lord and apologize to the victim to avoid the wrath of the Almight God.

If it's true, then this woman has caused serious problem for her husband. Tinubu and Fashola's wives are Christians married to Muslims, they didn't cause any problem in the church, Tinubu and Fashola will not remove an Immam because of their wives. Mr Governor, God is the one that elevated you over and above your rivals, please don't allow anybody to make you ridicule God under any circumstances.
