As for your final gpa after conversion, your 2.9/4.0 OND gpa will stay fairly the same since it is already on the 4-point scale. Your UG gpa of 3.91/5.0 will come out to be around 3.3/4.0. The average of 3.3/4.0 and 2.9/4.0 being 3.1/4.0 ,+ or - 0.5, final WES gpa.

I saw two options at which one can send transcript to WES. Either by Postal mail or By Courier, will i be the one to tell my school the one to use or i should just give them the two address and they will choose the one that is suitable for them. No vex say my wahala much boss.

I registered but there is a place i was required to make a payment of $167. Does this mean i have to make the payment before i will be given the reference number?

This is completely, 100% wrong. You do NOT need color printouts of the DS-160 or any other materials. We have, in the past, seen touts use this forum to promote their services. Do NOT believe any of this nonsense.

Other things you do NOT need:

* Staples or fasteners of any kind (including paper clips, tacks, tape, etc)
* A particular order -- nothing needs to be "sorted"
* Multiple copies -- we only need one copy

I am certain I can think of other things, but this will do for now. If any of our staff turns you around because you have a colored DS-160, report it to another officer immediately and we will take care of it.

I have not been able to move past the "travel" section, because it either tells me the session has expired (which is not up to 20 minutes), or tells me that there is an error and goes back to the first page. i don't know if any other person experienced these itches or it is my browser that has a fault. I need someone to kindly help me out on how to resolve this issue.

Yea, the exact expiration date is 18 Feb 2018. I plan to be out before 19 August '17. For passport booklet, they actually have booklets now in PH and also Abuja....saw someone who applied today was asked to come back tomorrow for d booklet collection.

Please I need your advice. I plan to travel to Texas for my MS this coming Fall. My passport will expire by Feb 2018. I was at the Port Harcourt Immigration Office today with the hope of renewing the passport before applying for Visa. Unfortunately, I was told that renewal isn't possible since the expiration date is more than 6months from now. However, after explaining d reason for wanting to renew before d expiration date, the immigration officer said that only a reissue can be done, and that can be done only in Abuja Office. That it's a special case and as such, I'd have to pay at least 41k for the processing and also travel to Abuja for data capturing.

Now, if all these were to be done here in PH, I wouldn't really mind. But the challenge is on how to take days off work to travel to Abj coupled with d additional travelling expenses....fall application don suck my money finish . Please I'd like to know if I can travel with my old passport that will expire in Feb 2018 and renew it in US, because I don't know when I can possibly get a day or 2days off work to travel to Abj. This situation has created so many unanswered questions in my mind:

How easy is it to get passport renewed in US (Texas) and how much will it cost?

Will I have issue with my Visa interview consideration the expiration date on my current passport (Feb 18)?.....I hope to go for visa interview by June

Will there be any issue at POE?.....I intend to travel by July ending or beginning of Aug.

Please I need your advice and suggestion. Don't know what to do now.

You don't need to stress yourself, You can renew when you get to US or if mistakenly you defer your admission after getting your visa, You will surely renew it..

Hey.. I had my interview Wednesday last week, same time and I stayed at a hotel called Corner 47, Very very close to obalende, It's at glover street in island..
So you can be able to meet ur appointment the following morning (obalende to embassy is 20 mins max).
Paid N4500 for a night And i think thats about the cheapest you will see there.

There's a new hotel at Igbosere road off cowlane on the Island. Just 7k per night.
Its new and quite cool.
Get to Obalende and get Napep Ride to Tinubu drop at cowlane and ask for the new hotel. Its just by the roaad side. Its less than 3 months old.

What you can do is to click exit from the website page which is at the right top side, then close the tab and start afresh. i guess this occur on chrome

You can switch to mozilla firefox

That should be site network, Use chrome or firefox mozilla because you can use them to saved and print later
