This confirms a discussion I had from a reliable source that they shall not be coming to the market anymore.
Simply put, whatever caused the stock price stagnation post 2016 FY result announcment has been eliminated.

Wait for the "elements" offloading FCMB to finish. Then FCMB will be on the fly. Same thing happened to Diamond not long ago. You been long enough on NSE to know the trends.
