this happen to me too sometimes ago precisely on 12th of oct 2016, bought data to this number 08033576019 uptill today the number was not credited.

i just call clubkonnect now of which they have not been answering call, but fortunately they picked the call and told me they are working on it.

definitely, if we are scam u would have stopped doing business with us since 2016,

i checked the transaction u complained about and i see it failed due to network issue with the provider and we have posted a full refund of N1,100.00 back to your account

It's rather suprising that people still fall victim of this scam called clubkonnect. I stopped patronising them since early 2016. I purchased a glo data plan from them. My account was deducted immediately but I got no data. Called their customer service and they neither picked nor replied whatsapp messages. I had to purchase another data directly from glo. I had initially patronised clubkonnect cos they offered a slightly cheaper rate (less than N50 though). When I eventually got through to clubkonnect on phone, they were very rude and even claimed to have sent the data. I asked them to call glo to confirm and this drama went on till the i.diot i was speaking to banged the call on me. Well, I left the money for them and asked God to judge. Over a year later, I'm amazed to see people are still using their platform despite the numerous complains. Clubkonnect stop scamming innocent and gullible people.

I saw that your social media accounts are lacking vibes, facebook to be precised. The person handling that account don't seem to know much about you guys.

I have been purchasing my data from them for well over 2 years now and I have never had any issues, I can say they are okay

This clubkonnect customer care are not reliable and not responsive at all. The owner of this business should do something about this otherwise he'll lose a lot of customers with this their attitude.

I bought etisalat data since July 16th without having the data. I've called their customet care severally and they promised resolving the issue with no result. The most annoying thing is that they'll still be asking for details again on the phone after i've sent them through sms and whatsapp. I called them nearly everyday with no result.

Maybe, it's time I look somewhere else for my data purchases because I can now see that they now have too many customers they can't handle.

try dialing * 229 * 9# becos most times Etisalat hardly comes with SMS notification

There's no data there. I've done that before I started calling and sending messages to them. I don't even wait for their SMS to confirm data sent to me, rather i use the code to check. They even told me to use same code a couple of times to check the number they used to send data to me and send the number to them which i did. They keep on asking me to be resending the same information to them.

They are just a bunch if incompetent people. I'm trying hard to restrain myself from calling them a scam because i've never experienced this since i've been buying data from them.

If i start calling them a scam now, they'll be saying one wants to spoil their business whereas they caused it. It's already over a week now, nothing has been done.

so, pls do something quick, the problem i have with you is delay in attaendng to issue and that your customer care does not pick calls

if at all it takes many times of calling before they picc your call

I bought data of 2GB and it was completed, I browse a little bit with it and the network was not going, I checked my account and it shows that I have no data. please rectify this.
