Hahaha. Now that makes more sense. Nice try but nope tongue I hope you can speak the language better than you write it. Can your sister inlaw speak your language? Can your brother speak hers? 9 years seems like a long time, so I'm sure they picked up on certain phrases, even if they're not fluent

Hmmm nice. I can imagine Igbo must not be hard to learn because it uses familiar words like "Ndi". Just not sure if it's in the same context we used it though because in Xhosa "Ndi" is a prefix to an action done by self, as in "me" or "I". Example, "Ndiyahamba" means "I'm leaving "

What "situations" with Xhosa girls?

Personally, I don't see a relationship between a Nigerian man & a Xhosa woman working, if the mentality shown by some guys here is anything to go by. With Xhosa women, respect is earned, man or not. We don't believe in the notion that, "a man is a man & should be treated as king of the world", even if he's a POS. Show that you're a man & she'll treat you like you deserve.

No matter how much respect they crave for,it shouldn't give them the audacity to steal from their partners. When you're with most xhosa girls, they are always up to something nefarious. Can't they just love a guy perpetually, without ever leaving a caring guy in shambles

Xhosa girls can murder for better things in life, hence their obsession with whites. I Seriously don't believe Nigerian's to be too controlling, and dissing people is actually the way of life of most Nigerians, which isn't actually motivated by spite, but rather,if not often, just means of joking around. If you understand Nigerians, your gonna know that in such situations, you simply gotta tell em' what you don't fancy about Nigerians. They love arguing,so you should expect that alot. But in the end, you'll find out that you both actually learnt a thing or two from one another. Thats how Nigerians usually assess how dumb or smart you really are!

Stealing from a guy? shocked Now that's a new one. I thought the only thing we steal are other people's BFs. Being actual thieves is not a Xhosa thing but that of an individual with criminal leanings. But you know what they say about birds of a feather.I'm curious to know what you mean by "they're always up to something nefarious"?. I have lived in the Eastern Cape most of my life & I have never seen this obsession with whites that you're talking about. Are whites now newcomers that they gonna flock to them like vultures on a carcass? That's another 1st for me because I don't know of any Xhosa/white guy relationship, even though I'm from the heart of EC.

I've equally never been to eastern cape, and if i'm talking about xhosa girls,i'm actually making refrence to most of em' in durban. From my standing point, xhosa women actually engage alot with whites, far more than any tribe in south africa

Well, that means white men must like Xhosa women a lot then, because you simply can't put this one on Xhosa women alone when it takes two to tango.

What's there not to like though? grin Most are beauty, beast & brains all rolled in one scrumptious looking package. Only a mad man would not choose that over the other bland lot grin

Lol that's what i actually wanted you to admit, not stipulating what's blatantly erroneous. All the things you mentioned about xhosa women are true, and i would've equally craved that bootylicous brainy godesses, since beautifully made intelligent ladies are my "krytonite",if not for their minor blemish.

Lol, but I didn't deny anything, I simply said I have never seen such a couple in my life.

What's the blemish, the "stealing"?

Stealing, cheating, unpredictable and most probably control freaks. They claim to know everything, with the delusion that every of their opinions are the best.

Lol, I agree with most of what you say, with the exception of cheating & stealing tongue Sounds like you had a close encounter with a bad one. Not all are like that though. We aren't thieves or cheats, but we do have the rest of the flaws you mentioned. Hence I said earlier on, we're not for the weak tongue

Yeah, Zulu ladies are very traditional just like their men. They're "dream girls". Venda & Swazi girls too. They're all respectful to their men. Nice one to them smiley

My experience was gathered through the precarious situations my friends encountered. I hope to try out a xhosa girl one day though, but i'll still deem it fit to keep her at arms length, by a certain degree. Prevention is better than cure lol
