Going through all ur comments from first to the last I finds out that u are more experience. Your critical analysis is super. That is why I felt if I can be opportune to have a private talk with you, you can pick out one or two flaws in my application. Concerning gcms, the processing time is too long and my application might not meet up with Sept resumption bcoz it was stated on my admission letter that it valid till 8th of September. since u have applied already there's no need going to alausa again. but for the record, go there and meet any of the immigration guys there and u can bargain. the last one that helped me collected 35k for 64 pages but u can meet any officer there and discuss with him (I made mention of the price I did mine cos I know they will want to cut ur head with price )

It is the other way round in MUN;

MEng is research while MASc is course based. And not all depts have course based programs.

Like Electrical Engineering only have MEng and PhD.

I understand my bro. While i'll like to help you in your re-application, i'll most likely want others to benefit too. One or two persons may be in your exact situation and may not know how to go about it. With a collective contribution of everybody here, you can get your issue tackled better than just an opinion of myself alone.

So let's start by you sharing your profile(proposed program, undergraduate course, work experience, etc)

By the way, i'll really recommend that you still order for your GCMS file. This is the only way you can acurately tackle the concern of the visa officer. If your program is still opened for another term, do well to defer it if you feel you can't meet up with september. It will be for your greater good. You may feel you can sufficiently tackle the reasons on the refusal letter but the GCMS file will be the first point for another officer reviewing your re-application and your new application will be reviewed from that inference. So please order for you note.

Depending on the VO handling your file, he/she can give you 2 or 3 years work permit when you study a 2 year program. I did 2 years PGD. I made sure I did it for 2 years and only went to school during winter and fall session(September-April) of each year and worked full time during spring and summer. Most of my friends that finished in 16-18 months by going to school in spring/summer got 2 years. It all depends.

Are you saying that if I finish my Meng in 16 months, I would be given 2 years post work permit and not 3 years pwgp?

I have been thinking very much about this as I am currently serving and want to apply for a Canadian TRV but kinda scared to declare my NYSC status. You know the " you are not allowed to travel out of the country except on approval of the DG" nonsense... Was scared CIC know about this. I finished service May 4, applied April 12. Include your NYSC letter of posting and acceptance letter carrying possible date of discharge. If you are close with your boss at PPA, they can also add a letter just to show that you have something doing in Nigeria hence you will return. All the best.

Tbvh there is absolutely no need for an agent. This forum is all you need and even more for a successful TRV application. It even comes with added tips for survival and prosperity in Canada. I am a living testimony. Started following the thread in January. Digested as much information from part 7 (am presently still in part 9). Decided to apply in April, got my TRV in May. I insist no need for an agent, digest and apply as much information as possible peculiar to your situation.

PFL is good but I'm sure you can do a better job all by yourself. The process isn't difficult, read, ask questions and you are good to go. But if you still wanna use PFL, that's okay.

If he is related to you better, will clear some level of doubt on why The sponsor would want to spend heavily to sponsor ur career, but If he is a third partner you have to prove to the VO that The sponsor is ready and willing to sponsor you by paying ur tuition fee + transferring ur living upkeep of 10k CAD for the first year into ur acct.

But the new company has not started operation yet no tax yet, in the tax certificate it's written not applicable in the area of financial details
