Many thanks my brother. I applied on 26th April 2017, online route. Got medical request on 01 June 2017, did medicals on 02 June 2017, profile changed to medical passed on 07 June 2017 and got approval mail and passport request this morning, 14 June 2017.

Exactly 7 weeks today that I submitted my application.

I do not really think it is because you are going for second master program. It would be because you did not justify why you are going for your propose program and establish the relationship between your current work and your proposed program.

The letter from your supervisor could help but you also need to explain to officers how your career in telecoms will improve as a master in space physics. You have to really do this well.

Well, i can understand why you may not want to defer. The burden now will be on you to show that you need the master you intend to pursue.

1. You do not need to do any medicals again. The one you did is valid for 12 months and beside, if they updated medical passed in your previous application, only a final decision will be made in your re-application which will make a decision come faster.

2.I sugest you add documents that will emphasis your purpose of going to canada, your background, proof of funds, hometies, etc. If the documents you used previously are strong evidence to these, add them while also updating the ones that needs to be updated( Bank statements, date of signed documents, etc) and add them again.

And please do not forget to add the statement of purpose explaining all about your background, career, proposed program and study plan.

Maybe you should cross check you might have made a mistake in the Information u entered. Between what's the time frame between when you applied and now?

No mistake ooo cuz i keep crosschecking.

Meanwhile when i used the tracking iD on VFS Global site, it says my passport has bin dispatched to Ghana. So i really dunno why i can't link my paper application online.

Alright no cause for alarm. Since vfs have acknowledged they have sent it. Chill for some days then try again. It would be there by God's grace..

(3) If You've already account created, login with your Username and Password otherwise Click on Sign up to go on next page and create your username, password and security questions. 
(4) After creating my CIC account, click link application to this account. 
(5) Then select category as Temporary residence and subcategory as Work Permit and extension.
(6) Then select Family name, given name and date of birth option. 
(7) Fill your family name(surname), given name and date of birth as per Passport or Application form.
(8.) Next in applicant personal info panel fill Passport information only and DO NOT FILL CITY AND COUNTRY OF BIRTH. 
(9) In Details of intended work in Canada info, Select Open (initial application or extension) for What type of work permit are you applying for?
(10) Select applicant's Current country of residence (For example, if your spouse currently living in India, Please select India)
(11) Select Current marital Status 
(12) Next select Spouse or common-low partner of a skilled worker if Applicant's Spouse on Open Work Permit or PGWP in Canada Or Select Spouse or common-low partner of a foreign student if Applicant's Spouse on Study permit
(13) Once you fill all information, Click on Search for my application
(14) Your application will be found and can be linked. 
(15) You can get real time updates on your paper application online.

Possibly or just be patient all through my applicstion process from April 19 till june 14 VFS stated my passport has been dispatched i couldnt link online. So just be calm and be hopeful. I did medical upfront

Everything will automatically change once a decision has been made on ur application.

Please, i hope we can tackle it here.. I have so much PM and it's almost not likely i'm able to respond to every one of them. So i usually suggest we spill whatsoever it is that concerns studying in canada here so a wider view and opinion can be given.

Bro police character certificate is 5k at alagbon that is were i did mine last Monday.

From gate ask of inspector Mary, she's a good woman i'm not advertising her, but the way she attended to 5 of us that day was Good. beside i stay in PH not Lag. got mine same day within 1 hour
