I work in financial sector, I don't see any right men have that women don't. intact most department head are women. I think the main issue about gender equality is from villages and unexposed cities. 2. Why should the lady take the "blame" (a child is a blessing and not blame) when it takes 2 to reproduce?
Should we not change this backward ideal rather than embracing it?

3. Gender equality isn't about trying to be a man but rather trying to protect women from the injustices that you as woman is supporting.

Equality is not something to be GIVEN, as women want it handed-over to them.

If they must have EQUALITY, then they have to PROVE that they deserve it (just like Men have proven over past generatins that they are better),and after PROVING they deserve it, they can then TAKE IT.

What l see are women trying to cheat their way up, whining about something they dont deserve and trying to force it by FIAT of LEGISLATION, using some other misguided "she-Men", in the process.
Everyone respects you and elevates you, when it is apparent that you are BETTER, or at least EQUAL.

On the other hand, EVERYONE, Women, Men, Male, Female, deserve EQUITY.
The act of "fair treatment", something which l even think Men are at a disadvantage!

Trust me,all these rules were set by Humans . Not God. It's funny how women naturally see themselves as feeble when everyone was once a woman in the womb. Showing that a small number a men are actually needed for the world to thrive (watch population ratio and gender birth rate). I'm a man too, and if I have a cute wife or girlfriend and I'm allowed to write rules that keep her in check , I'll definitely choose submission over love. Love can get wrinkly over time and fade off. But submission....... go and ask the Israelites what submission was for 400 years. Women have had submission all their lives. Love brings equality,submission is something else shaa( the Bible is filled with self contradicting books).That's why some women wake up everyday to do nothing because they believe it's the guys that provide.

I have my own creation story, eve came first, before Adam, if Adam was on the earth first, the snake would have tested him first and he'll be more experienced and know not to eat the fruit since he spent a long while naming and receiving first hand rules from God.

Men also carry scares from sleeping around just as their female counterpart ( sexually transmitted diseases, unwanted child, failed marriage among others)
However, I agree with you that woman and men are different BUT BOTH SEX HAVE THEIR STRENGHT
For example an average man is physically stronger than a woman BUT an average woman can seduce a strong man and make him powerless
Note: I am not saying some women can't be stronger than men or men cannot seduce women but in both cases it will take an extraordinary person to accomplish
