I applied for a Masters and I got it..

I already know about this, I have earlier been told by someone, but I just wanted to try, and moreover the Embassy never said if you send them mails when your application has not passed the normal processing time, that the will deny you Visa..

Someone who contacted me to help review his SOP just got his application approved like 5mins ago! I haven't even told him yet! I want to break the news to him in person! This is his 6th attempt, over the past 2 years!

I encouraged him to give it one last try, he reluctantly did, i practically helped him because i believed he shouldn't just give up especially when he satisfied all the requirements. After applying and linking, he just gave me his account details to be checking his account for him because he already lost all hope!

I can't even contain my joy! I'm almost emotional right now! I can imagine what he will feel as i break this news to him!

5 refusals!! and at last, an approval! Never give up or loss all hope. There is no challenge that is not surmountable. Use the right strategy and above all, just trust God even when you don't see any sign! The process will eventually make you stronger and more determined!

I support you. But bro, how do you know for sure God's will is for you to get a visa? From my experience, the will of God is not always plain on the face like you put it. If it was, Christ would not have taught us to pray his will be done. I wish you luck and pray you get the visa. But God's will doesn't always work out like that, that is why God's will is very hard to accept and pray. I wish you nothing but the best of luck. Go for your dream with dedication and focus. But following God doesn't always guarantee your best outcome. Show me a strong Christian and I will show you one who takes God's will even though it's not necessary an outcome that they want.

I applied 10 times for a USA visa and last time I said I was gonna try one last time and if doesn't work to start my undergrad in Nogeria, was actually when I got my visa approved. Seems God sometimes shows up at the last minute so that the praise udisputable goes to him. God's power starts sometimes when man's effort ends. Congrats to your friend. I don't think it's too late, try to share ur profile here so u can get constructive ideas on how to repackage, and also order for ur gcms notes to see what went wrong, then apply for a deferral from the school citing visa issues, delay is never denial...God be with you

I'm ready to accept God's will no matter the outcome, whether it's what I want or something else

I have faced many obstacles in life, I'm not a paper Christian, even my Masters admission was only by God's grace, I applied to 3 different Universities, only 1 gave me.. Very late in April, when all hopes were almost lost.

Someone paid my application fee for the Masters program, even my Visa application was paid by the same person here, you won't understand.. No need to go into details.. I am highly favored.

As I said earlier, I overreacted..

Canada is not the end of life, if it doesn't work out, I will either try again or move on to other things...
That's life, but I still know I will get my TRV

Congrats bro! I tried Regina too, but opted for Saskatoon the bigger city. Both school's program is intertwined and MPA and MPP students from both school are known to commingle. Chances are I will see you. Did you get funding and how far with your TRV?
