Guys,

Please I want to understand something and I need a clarification.

As regards visa denial, what does this mean exactly?

I applied for visa last year to Germany. I was initially denied and later I was given after I appealed.

Do i state in my form that I was denied?

Is this denial in the real sense?

Hello great people

I have scaled the first hurdle of my application process i just got admission into 2 colleges and am in a dilemma right now both colleges have offered me PGD global business management HUMBER COLLEGE and CENTENNIEL COLLEGE and both are 2 years duration
Please i need advice from people already studying in canada as both schools are located in toronto
My dilemma exactly is centenniel requires a payment deposit of 2300CAD before final offer with a deadline of july 10th for winter 2018 while Humber has offered a full admission but i have to pay 7900 for first semester after my visa is granted. Humber also has a co-op work placement option which is also an advantage. I would really appreciate an advise based on quality of education and college ranking. I am also planning on mailing HUMBER telling them i wanna pay part of the tuition and get a receipt to show and to apply for TRv
Shout out to @Folumade1 who has been helpful through the application gurus please your input is required
Bro please can I ask some questions privately?

Well, of course the bank doesn't usually have an issue stating that the money is on deposit, it is the second clause that is the problem.

Secondly, most people don't have the Dom account with that amount of dollars deposited, if not the request letter issue won't have been raised by CIC at all for the applicant to submit.

I replied the poster having just our normal daily bank account type in mind.
CanadianNurse:
lol @famous the letter clearly stated the two clauses they want to see

1) they money is on deposit
2)they money can be exported under CBN forex policy conditions

These are the two things the bank must boldly state in that letter.... Most banks might be scared to add the second clause but they can add a disclaimer like "this letter is given in strict confidence and not a responsibility of the bank or its staff blah blah blah"

Or you can easily get the letter using a domiciliary account!

Good day ppl

A friend want's to apply for Visa for the Wife to come join him Canada (He is an MSc Student @Uregina), the husband is sponsoring her entirely using his Canadian and Nigeria Bank Statement with enough money to cater for four wives grin. Is it necessary for the wife to include her own bank statement (She doesn't have a good bank statement as she just finished college in Nigeria)?

Thanks
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by famous17: 11:40pm On Jun 25, 2017
Haha, you think I didn't do that, although GTB story is for another day. I have closed all my accounts with them already. I don't need the letter anymore from them
Yomalicious:

If you have a gtb account, go through your account officer. You would get the letter with the clause provided it's a current account

No. No. No. To all the Qs

That makes it tough. You can simply state, as you have here, that you omitted it in error (if this is true explain how the error came about). Explain that you had no intention of concealing this as you are aware the refusal would have been discovered through the biometric information you provided. At this point you can only be honest and hope for the best.

1. u not only need to money for 1 semester, u need for 1 session (that's 2 or 3 semesters depending on the school), so if it's 2 semesters u should multiply by 2.
2. As for u using a third party ( sm1 that's not ur sibling or parent) the person might have to pay ur tuition fee or send the amount he intend to commit to ur studies into ur bank account(so as to show the vo commitment). NB: Apart from ur tuition fee u still need to have atleast cad10k (for living expenses ) in ur account

Thank you, I'll give you feedback

Hello people,
Please your help is really needed. Am a graduate of management from university of Nigeria nsukka Enugu campus. At the moment I applied for a second degree in university of Alberta for a second degree in business economics. Admission has been granted but am skeptical I may be denied visa when I have to apply for a study permit. Please advice me should i apply for study permit or permanent residency to avert any possibility of visa denial. Over 5years work experience in personnel management. School begins by 1st sept 2017. This will allow me to study and work in canada while I get grounded with the vast Canadian culture and economic environment.

bro congrats first. And again it depends on you if you want to go ahead and apply now ahead of sept 1st resumption date. Again you can only apply for temporary residence permit/study permit. If you want permanent resident permit then you need to try out EE...aka express entry. Advice gather your documents in faith and apply but don't be skeptical.

Hi Rubbies22, did you send your details to Nona McDonagh after filling the pre-qualification form online?
Or you didn't. Kindly guide me through the process of this pre-qualification thing. It's giving a big headache.

Thanks
If you go to the website you, on application it tells you to do the pre-qualification first.
I applied on the website first, but I made a mistake- that's why I had to send Nona my details ( for correction)

This is a step by step approach; i ve asked how to do this severally but no one cared to answer...here it is.

(1) Go to this below listed link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp
(2) Click on continue to Gckey
(3) If You've already account created, login with your Username and Password otherwise Click on Sign up to go on next page and create your username, password and security questions.
(4) After creating my CIC account, click link application to this account.
(5) Then select category as Temporary residence and subcategory as Study Permit and extension.
(6) Then select Family name, given name and date of birth option.
(7) Fill your family name(surname), given name and date of birth as per Passport or application form.
(8.) Next in applicant personal info panel fill Passport information only and DO NOT FILL CITY AND COUNTRY OF BIRTH.
(9) Enter your course start date given on your offer letter exact same as that.
(10) Enter course end date as on offer letter only month and year is given so enter that only don't select the date.
(11) Enter your DLI no. same as given on the offer letter.
(12) Next search for your application.
(13) Your application will be found and can be linked.
(14) You can get real time updates on your paper application online.

I was getting errors and tried the same with mine and it worked so hopefully it ll work for everyone.

Please my people. Concerning the above post, how differently can someone who has UCI number through online app before he can link a new paper route app online. Is it same procedure? Biko I need help for someone

Dear All,

I need your kind advise on how best to respond to the letter I received from the Canada Immigration section, Ghana. The question is,

"On the current application form, you indicate that you have never been refused any kind of visa, admission, or been ordered to leave Canada or any other country. According to information in our records, you were refused visa(s) to the United States in the following year(s): 2016"

I never indicated that I was never refused any kind of visa. I ticked yes I was refused, Because I was previously refused that of the Canada. Meanwhile I was refused USA visa last year but was later given in March this year before my reapplying for Canada visa so I see no reason to state that in my form except that if Canada which I was reapplying for.

I have been given 2weeks to respond.

I need your kind advise. Thank you all in advance.

This issue of misrepresentation is becoming too rampart, people everyone should just try as much as possible to double check their application before submitting, because I can't imagine the pain of receiving such mail after waiting for weeks expecting one's Visa.

Let's try to be sincere too, most of these countries they share information regarding immigrants to their countries, If you want to be smart, cover all your tracks, if you can't be truthful in your application and pray to God for favour...

Best of luck to all us awaiting good news

You do not need a medical exams means the upfront medical you submitted is being reviewed and will be updated. Untill then, "you do not need a medical exams"!

Nothing abnormal. Right on track.
