Good morning everyone, I would just head straight to the point here.

I happen to be a person who does not find smoking even the said harmless shisha fun. I hate it so much that I advice my friends to stop it when they do it in clubs. I also hate drinks as well, be it alcohol, beer or the popular kerewa hard drinks. I don't see smoking as a big deal, if it's ONLY cigarette or plain tobacco they smoke. I guess it all boils down to upbringing & what one is accustomed to. In my culture smoking is not frowned upon. It's accepted even for women. I grew up seeing old ladies smoking pipes, even more than I saw the old men doing it. It's been happening for so long that carrying a pipe became part of "our" look as people. My own mother & father smoked, so I have a first hand account to know that smoking doesn't =irresponsibility etc.

I smoke because I want to. There's no real reason. It does give you a bit of a buzz though, particularly if you haven't smoked for a while. I calms you down too. Side effects of not smoking is extreme irritability, so I guess you keep smoking to avoid getting cranky & bitchy.
