oh ok, i thought i was recruited to give them an asswhooping lmao. aiittt so back to the constitution. is yall niggas actually thinking about seceding from nigeria ? like for real for real ? why ? oduduwa is nigeria, we dont need to secede
Nigeria right now is walking on eggshells. This thread is to put the house in order and iron out pertinent issues for the seeming eventuality of Nigeria's breakage.

And we've been advocating for restructuring and a return to regionalism for a while now.

If it isn't implemented, I see no reason for us not to secede. Nigeria is seriously dragging our region backwards. Imagine if UI , OAU, UNILAG and FUTA were getting the proper funding they deserve, then we should be dragging top 10 position in Africa.

Hahaha. Bros mi. Masterchen is an afonja e warrior who has ruin the destiny of so many IPOB baboons to the extent that they don't even know how to reply him.

Back to topic, I like the intellectual discussion among yoruba goons here and I foresee a greater SW economic boom just that the Nigerian elites are the ones killing this country.

Should oduduwa rep secede tomorrow, I would not want any of the known elites to hold strategic positions. Fresh and corrupt free people are what we need at the helms of power

Well i think you are right. Some Northerners support nigeria disintegration.
Don't be deceived by that threat bro. It is what we call Reverse Psychology. Northerners will rather behead themselves that support Nigeria's disintegration. My instincts though.

Man up. Just ignore. Insults are sustained when you lack manly grit and gravitas and continue to reply. That's why the Biafran threads are awash with cursings, hate, bile, vituperations and generally sickening vitriol. Semper fi

strong points but the oduduwa gatekeepers have to be removed. these people are also corrupt. its like doing the same thing and expecting a different result. you need personnel change and draconian laws drafted to keep people in check and you need to make a few examples out of some people jerry rawlings style and be ready at all times to use violence to keep looters in check. thats the only way to fix the rotten state we have all become. anything short of that and this proposal is just like putting plaster on a bullet wound

Interesting. Also, we could make the most mischievous among them ambassadors - send them out of the country, where the would be less likely to do damage. However, things might become a little complicated if we are dealing with a federal system. This is why, the real progressives of Yorubaland must be at the fore-front of writing up the constitution.

Lol at sending them abroad, dey will go just go dere and retire in peace. But no rest for the wicked abeg.
I really believe in Federal system, we have viable states with resources, dat why i said Lagos shouldn't be Capital so human resources can spread across all states.
A Senate (3 from each state) is enough, we won't have more than 30-40.
House of rep would be 6 from each state too. states can have exclusive rights to create LGA within a senatorial district.
We just need to find away to educate our people on their rights (a version of the Constitution in yoruba)

The country is not moving forward. Yorubaland is meant to be better than this.
Nigeria is a failed system. In nigeria, we hardly have up to 4 hours electricity in a day! A country with 180 million that still manages 5000 megawatts. We provide our on light with power Generator which is harmful. For how long will this continue?
Yorubas need to leave this failed entity. We are better than this.
Our children need to live better lives than this

I regret not having thoroughly read his book 'Thoughts on the Nigerian Constitution' when I had it at my disposal for up to six years. I read there's another one called 'The People's Republic'.

Even now Awolowo' ideas can save Nigeria. He was a deep thinker and he put considerable thought into designing a socio economic and political system suitable for ALL Nigerians.

If only we are not governed by daft politicians his books should be consulted.

I haven't read any of those books but I have read books by people who share his ideas. I will definitely look them up.

hmmm good point. but we have many oduduwa gatekeepers who you have to take down if you want this proposal to see the light of day should in case the need arises for an odua nation. the oduduwa gatekeepers are a strong fraternity. As strong if not stronger than the hausa gatekeepers of the north

yea i said a pro-yoruba nation military council can be used to usher us in, but i know it's dangerous but if we can get such, it will be fast and effective

Talk ke. Those ones? Those mumus are there to kowtow their Fulani slaves. No be so called senators voted in favor of NE and SE dev bill while the SE and their northern counterparts shut down the special status bill for Lagos state. They mumu die!
Reason why I opined in one of my previous submissions that no sane Yoruba nationalist should join this kind of Nigeria politics. Those drafting odua constitution now will forget about everything odua and start kowtowing and sucking Fulani dickkks for crumbs. May our loyalty not be tested once more.

As regards the Nigerian elites dominated most by yorubas, I don't think so, I think the probability is even among all major tribes in the country.

Love this back and forth between you two. I am getting some insights. I actually think 2 senators per state is enough sef. Our goal should be growing the economy not growing the government.

You have made good points.

However one of the reasons why it seems we're not talking much against corrupt leaders is because the system (Nigeria) itself is corrupt. For example, Jagaban is no saint yet most Yorubas don't condemn him because bad as he was, he still looked out for our interest and has certainly helped Lagos State get to where it is, if nowhere else. Same with OBJ.

Actually I believe the same mentality exists in the North for Abacha and IBB, despite their evils.

it's the system see.

lol bro the corridors of power in nigeria is run by men like tinubu and obasanjo. hausa has no diplomatic skills and igbo has no people skills. the people who put everyone together and make sure everything is running and oiled are the yoruba elites. the hausa is there for fire power and the igbo ? well he is just there lol, but the yoruba man is the one coordinating affairs in the corridors of power in nigeria. go to all their freemasonic lodges where they all meet at night, its yoruba running the whole thing. watch their secret handshakes. point is this is a collective effort of decay and we yoruba are part of that problem too. what we need is a spiritual revolution and moral revolution and draconian laws.

Believe me bro, we wont. There is a reason why most indigenous mono-ethnic societies have very little corruption.
