capital No...What i said was,..People with 300+ would love to go to popular and Reputable skul like does ones i mentioned thus increasing Competition In such skuls...This would reduce d stress in oda less Seeking skuls...Now for someone with 280,..Instead of Applying to a skul where people with 300+ Would also apply for,..U can just simply Take your 280 to where pple with 260 and 270 are struggling and Fighting themselves for a seat are,..Then u'll be like A king to them,..And even if u must struggle,..It would'nt be tense As compared to a place with 290's and 300 are operating and battling it out...So for convience sake It beta to Migrate to less tense Region, To avoid been Dominated by d 290's and 300.
