Don't even think twice, tell your parents immediately because the shock will chase the demon out of them. You can't handle this alone bcoz they will try it again when you're not home.

Don't just beat and punish them, teach them sex education and consequences of their actions.

Introduce topics like puberty, incest, masturbation etc to them.

I think you might be doing your siblings a favour by telling your mum. Let's be reasonable here. Your siblings are not going to stop.
