Please deactivate all, it's zapping airtime whenever I recharged it..

Hi cnnelo , to migrate from Pre-paid to Post-Paid plan, you need to provide the following:
•    A form of identification (Drivers’ license, National ID card, voter’s registration card and international passport), 
•    Two coloured passport, 
•    Utility bill – PHCN, tenancy agreement or water rate.  
•    A duly signed activation form, 
•    If it is a corporate line, you will need to present an authorization letter from your company. 
Your request will be completed within 48 hours. 
OR
Visit the MTN website to download the MTN postpaid Subscriber Activation form, new activation form and bank confirmation form 
Send the completed forms with the scanned documents to mtncreditservices@mtnnigeria.net

Hi DahtDopeBoi, i'm truly sorry that this happened. Kindly note that there is an automated reversal process for failed airtime transaction. However, please contact your bank if you are not credited after 24 hours. Regards

It's not an issue, change your preferred network to auto, or select prefer LTE..
MTN 4G is only for data cry

I had issues for about 1 week.. my phone was saying switched off to incoming calls.
Had to disable VoLTE.. on my network settings..

Hi Denc, so sorry about this. You can switch your network mode to (4G and 3G) ONLY to make/receive calls. in addition, USSD is currently not working on MTN 4G at the moment. Regards

This is pure scam, how can you tell me that the data I purchased with my own money was deactivated and a whole MTN could not do anything about that? And you're now telling me to purchase a new data where by the one I already purchased was deactivated.

This ain't right sir, you people should try and activate my data for me or you admit it that MTN is a scam network period!

Sir, am seriously having issues since Saturday 15th July as regarding data share. I shared data to some Numbers on sat and Sunday which response received is data failed, yet my data was deducted. Have mailed and called mtn severally within the last 60 hours but their response has been, they are still working on it. Please bail me out. Here is the details of the transactions.

Y'ello!,Your transfer of 1GB to 2348143189180 has failed 3.07am 16/07/17

After complaining about data share issues a couple of days ago, it eventually went thru even though I still get d data share failed messages a couple of times before it eventually goes thru.. Now a couple of days ago on d 16th specifically I had a about 3490mb of data and tried sharing to a particular number twice but still got d same datashare failed msg and den eventually tried anoda number and dat went thru and my balance was 2440mb . Decided to try d previous number I had tried to share data to earlier and still got a failed msg. Tried one more time and den it went thru. But alas wen d confirmation msg came my data balance was 390.26mb. In otherwords 1024mb was deducted from my balance.. Here's my number 08064318421..

Please help me look into a problem on my line (07064551103). Every time I recharge my line, the money disappears! Apart from my Whatsapp subscription of 150 Naira for 1 month, I do not have any other subscription on my line. Please help resolve the issue. This problem started on July 16,2017. It happened again this morning. Thank you.
