The person that filled her last application is unavailable and i can't reach him and I wouldn't know the email and password the person use. I have tried using my email address which I used to fill her ds 160 to log in at appointment site without success. Please, good people in the house, how do I move on from here. Many thanks.

Hi guys....i have an interview at the US consulate in lagos in a few days. Just want to know my chances and what to add from your various experiences here.

*I am actually on my annual leave from work. I live and work in the UAE so my resident visa of uae is stamped in my passport.

*I have been to UAE, Oman and Georgia (in Europe close to Russia). I actually went to Georgia before coming to lagos. But twas Georgia to dubai. Den dubai to lagos.

I am travelling for just 7 days to new York.

Kindly advice my chances of getting the visa. And any additional advise will be appreciated.

Yea very cheap. Final destination is Colorado. Buying another ticket to Colorado same day. Direct is too expensive! Don't know if I will have issues at POE. Find attached below.

Yesterday was not good at all at lagos embassy as they give white paper for like just 7people out 80 people while the rest where given blue paper .

Am yet to book. Anytime around October or November but from the attachment October looks cheaper using egyptair. You can see the dates ,reason i attached. Some dates are cheaper while others are abit high. My dates are flexible.

I will advise you use the one you use in booking appointment. Check if the information is the same with what you have else reschedule your appointment. Those Nigerian guys at the entrance will not let you in if it is different from what they have.
It happened to me ,thank God I heard both application. So I was advise to stick to the one they have since the error is just resumption date of one of my past working experience. More ever ,if am applying again that wouldn't be relevant cos it would have been 8yrs passed.

The advice I feel would be useful is for her or you to check the process for a visa to study. And the visa her husband should apply for. And to research the cost of giving birth on an F visa cos it ain't free

Very sad and pathetic story but you have nothing to worry about. Just go to the nearest police station report to the police and get a report and go and start working on getting a new passport then after that you can go back and get your visa back. It's a gradual process but I'm so sure you will get it back. Someone has a similar Case last year.

Pls house, am applying b1b2 but I want to ask a question pertaining to my employment, am a government worker and also have other source of income, but there is no column to add another source of income in the DS160 form. Can I put it to the other previous employment?

I had this same issue in 2015 but i was told back then to pay another visa fee and reschedule another appointment which i did and i got the visa but i think it gave two different barcode becuase the internet connection must have been interupted whike the person was filling the form or the person left it and came back to continue after a long time and the site refreshed.

Hello VO and every other person making positive contributions on this thread.
My question:
I have been invited to be part of the annual convention of an association in the US of which I am a member of the home-based association. The 3-days long program would be held in a hotel in North Carolina. I already made a hotel reservation and filled the details as where I would stay while in the US. Do I need to use the same address and hotel name as my US contact details or the association's name and secretariat address. Which of these would be appropriate?

Can changing DS160 many times having booked an appointment (but the last ds160 form was later updated with the appointment; this has been confirmed by the help center and new appointment with lastest form sent) affect the whole interview? Can a VO access the previous error forms and judge based on those errors or previous inconsistent information provided in the previous forms initially submitted?

This is the first B2 application though.

I'm in process of renewing my b1/b2 visa that was expired March 2017, which has been used twice.
I intend to secure b1/b2 visa for my wife and daughter as well for family vacation, i know they will have to go for interview because they have not been to the USA before. My question is. Do i need to go with them for the interview? or i should just do a Dropbox for my re-newer and let them go for their interview aftermath?
Please, i need more advice and steps to take before proceeding further, Lastly our last vacation was last year October/November to South Africa.

I need some clarifications for my girlfriend as she plans going for a vacation sometime in December. Is it possible for her to change her travel plan after submitting the DS-160 form online? Note that she has used the same application code to book an appointment. Specifically, she wants to change where she will stay during her visit.... and I have read that it's not possible to edit travel plan. She had initially put a hotel address as her place of stay but she wants to change it to her relative's (not immediate but a 'distant' one) address, whom she mentioned as her contact person.

If for some reason the travel plan cannot be changed, does she need to go with a hotel reservation to the interview?
