Arrest Nnamdi Kanu Now – Yoruba Youth Groups Tell Osinbajo by Agumbaa: 2:52pm On Jul 25, 2017
By Temitope Olanipekun on July 25, 2017

The Yoruba Youth Congress (YYC) and the Coalition of Southwest Youths groups have called on the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to order the immediate arrest of the leader of the Indigeneous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu.

The groups accused Kanu of taking Nigerians for granted, stressing that the IPOB leader is attempting to provoke the Nigerian youths.

Chairman of the Coalition of Southwest Youths groups who doubles as the National President of Yoruba Youths Congress, Prince Dapo Adepoju who addressed reporters in Akure, the state capital, said the groups are also aligning with the position of the Coalition of Northern Youth which asked the United Nations (UN) to see the IPOB as a terror group.

The Yoruba groups warned Kanu not to provoke violence in the country, noting that nobody has the monopoly of violence.

Adepoju disclosed that concerted efforts are being made at dousing rising temper of over 25million Yoruba Youths who are not happy with the war like attitude of Kanu and his men.

He said “We decided to keep mute all along as we felt Kanu and his men will allow for dialogue.

“But we are surprised that despite the fact that the Northern youths who earlier issue quit notice to the Igbo’s has make a U-turn on their decision, Kanu and his men are still moving around spreading hate speeches

“We are tired as we are losing patience, in as much as we understand that Kanu does not have the support of the majority of the Igbo’s, we felt its high time the security operatives do their job in getting him arrested

“Kanu does not have monopoly of violence as efforts are been made at dousing rising temper of over 25million Yoruba Youths who are not happy with the war like attitude of kanu and his men

“We therefore use this medium to call on the acting president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to oder the arrest of Kanu

“We equally support the letter addressed to the UN by the coalition of Nothern Youths to declare IPOB a terror group, “he said.

Adepoju also called on president Mohammadu Buhari’s administration to call for national Youths Confab, saying it will go a long way in itemizing the issues affecting the Nigerian youths.

We all know yerobas as saboteurs... A tribe full of weaklings, sex addicts, rapist, vagina hunters, beggars, haggard looking ritualists, slum dwellers, and unrepentant back stabbers

Lazy tribe. Nnamdi Kanu was right when he said Yerobas are never to be trusted... Cowards who die 100 times before their actual death.

The most exciting thing is that your actions just keep alienating your scratched clawed faces from other tribes.

Afonjas at it again. The earlier the rest of the 798 Tribes in Nigeria realize that the cancer of this country is Afonja as clearly espoused by Emir of Kano, Mallam Sanusi. Here is Nnamdi Kanu sacrificing himself to free up everybody in this country from the shackles of slavery, wickedness and servitude, supported largely by SE and SS, by Northern Christians, yet you have Afonjas angered by this. Petitioning every dick and harry about Nnamdi Kanu out of envy and jealousy that runs through their viens like glucose. Don't let IPOB mark you as an arch enemy...you keep baiting them to do this. IPOB have been extremely patient with you people because of the likes of Fayose and Fani Koyode.

If Ipob did not give a damn about utterances coming from @bokis, is it COWARDS that they will give attention?. Small dogs are just barking because other bigger dogs are barking, trust me, they can't bite. Ile Ife crisis is a perfect example.

Anyways, afonjas have a lot of reasons to fight KANU. They are so afraid because........................

Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB adopted their own strategy for self determination, Afonja came against them that they were insulting everybody and should be wiped out. Asari Dokubo and his boys asked for justice, Afonja called them criminals that must not live. Again, Tompolo and Ateke Tom with their groups demanded equity, Afonja still called them touts that must be killed. Uwazurike and his MASSOB cried for freedom, Afonja still shouted 'kill them'. Now, Edwin Clark called for peaceful negotiation, Afonja again called this man at his age criminal that must be thrown to lions for lunch. The Afonja are cowards that cannot cough against their Fulani masters but always move against those that have the courage to challenge the Fulanis. But the Afonja kept mute when boko haram were killing people and they had to blackmail the military for killing boko haram boys. Afonja evil wish for others - like the biblical Haman and his people against Modecaiah and his Jew brothers will destroy them. It is a matter of time.

Shaking my head for Yorubas... How does IPOB/Nnamdi Kanu activities in the SE/SS zone affects Yorubas in the SW? Yoruba focus on the numerous problems affecting you and leave IPOB/Nnamdi KANU alone.

Madam, real omoluabis don't even give a hoot about Nnamdi Kanu issue so I wonder which category of SW youths would come out to protest for his arrest.

I see this report as vague and untruthful

Where is the proof? Where is the video?

I won't be surprise if it's an Ipob member that is steering this unrest to create unnecessary chaos.

Who are the Yoruba Youth Congress (YYC)?
I will advise my people to leave IPOB and Mazi Kanu alone.
We have no business with whatever Mazi Kanu does.
Is it so difficult for us to face our own challenges?
Are we happy with this One-Nigeria Project?

Misplaced priorities .

Your president has gone AWOL for more than two months, you have not called for his resignation.

Yorubas were arrested after the Ife crisis you have not called for the arrest of the Northerners that allegedly committed the crime.

Herdsmen have been rampaging the whole of south west and other parts of Nigeria and your president said that they are from Libya, you have not called for their arrest or the resignation of your president.

Osinbajo is surrounded by dangerous cabals, you wont talk, because you have selective myopia.

The Arewa youths recently called Yorubas back-stabers,but you are not man enough to challenge them.

When did call for referendum become call for war?

When did self determination become a crime?

When did secessionist groups become terrorist groups?

There are more than 15 secessionist groups in Spain, there are more than 10 in france, there are 6 in Germany, and two in the almighty USA and nobody is killing them or calling for their arrest.

You see why I wont and will never support one Nigeria,it seems that what unites Nigerians are football and phobia for the Igbos.

BIAFRA IS AN IDEOLOGY,IDEOLOGY NEVER DIES.

FOR YOUR OWN MENTAL WELL BEING ACCEPT THAT BIAFRA HAS COME TO STAY,AND NO AMOUNT OF THREAT,MEDIA MUD-SLINGING WILL CHANGE IT.
