Hmmm...still no payment. This is why Nigerians find it hard to trust all these online companies.
Have you been notified whether your trial was successful and you'll be hired?
Re: Want To Work From Home? Dailyposts UK Is Recruiting! by viviansteph: 6:53pm On Jul 25, 2017
No. But we were asked to send our account details for payment that will cover the resources used during the training.

Nothing from them since then... No response from dailypost too.

I really do not want to think it was a wasted effort. I believe the company should have a level of integrity which future prospect should be looking forward to. It was clearly stated that it will be a full time paid trial n we worked from 10am-6pm with constant internet connection and electricity and on articles which we delivered at the end of each day. So even if we didn't make it to being recruited by the company, they should keep to their words by paying us for the resources used as promised. If they pay me, I will do well to notify the group too so we don't work in vain

Please check your email regularly, including the SPAM folder for your paid trial invite after sailing through the pre-recruitment test process. We will get in touch and send the invite within two weeks if your written test was deemed good enough. Respond to the email as fast as you can to confirm your position.

I got the success mail and to prepare for the paid trials from July 31. Am I to signup at the virtual office? If yes, my Skype name is my phone number, can I proceed with it? Also, what do I fill under "payment rate" .. Thank you

I've received a mail from them to start trials next week. Their integrity is doubtful as their representative has not appeared here since the complaints about payments started. I don't think I'll resume if this issue of payments is not clarified. Data and electricity are no joke in Nigeria, not to mention the stress of writing for a week. If they can't pay for the trial, how do we ascertain they won't owe when we start work?

Too bad.
If this is the case then we must report this thread to the mods.
These guys should be blocked, and reported to the authorities for deceiving people with recruitment scams.

Dailypost has to say something about this ,so others know what they are getting into.

No it is not. We have organised countless trials for dozens of people in the past and there has been no case where we didn't pay people that COMPLETED the trial process. We have been working hard to finalise the recruitment process for deserving candidates. Things are in stages with us. It says a lot that people are already more impatient about getting their stipend than finding out if they did well in the trial.

We are under legal obligation in the UK to honour terms within 30 days. People complaining about payments barely finished trials days ago. We haven't completed the grading process even!

If you are due to be paid (those that actually did the trial and finished it), you will be paid in the coming weeks and definitely before the 30 days window expires.

I think People would prioritize payment over assessment for the first time because the payment would help to allay any doubt to the process being genuine since it's a virtual trial .
It's quite a relief seeing your post again.

The delays and continued use of imprecise language (when addressing the payment issue) are good grounds to suspect a scam. . .

We have given you a timeline. That is the best we can do. Baseless allegations of scam are unfortunate. A company that didn't ask you for any fees, trained you to give you a chance at passing the trial stage and hasn't used pieces you wrote in the trial period anywhere cannot be accused of scamming you. There is literally nothing else we stand to gain.

If you find pieces you wrote in use anywhere and you haven't been paid after the 30 day period, you can start the complaints.

This is a last response on this issue as we process contracts for the people that we have selected from this batch.

He was precise. He said 30 days. He said entries are still being processed. What is imprecise about that? Chill.

ONE WORD- IMPATIENCE. He gave a 30 days timeframe, the typical Nigerian attitude suddenly kicks in, the 'I want am now now' attitude.

I took part in a recruitment process (not talking about dailyposts) that was more like a assessment week thing where you learn through conferences held, training workshops, Presentations from top personnel and get your hands on basic information about the company. All these now still doesn't qualify you as the right candidate but the company made sure you have enough information to work with. For each day, the company made sure that the basic needs of each candidate was provided such as Food, transport fare and accommodation. In summary, each candidate was treated with utmost care and respect regardless of whether they made it to the final stage or not.

The way a company handles it recruitment process is a clear sign of how it manages its employees.

My point here is; dailyposts according to the image above which is a report on performance stated that part payment will be paid to those who didn't make it to the end of the trial.
My friends and I were part of this trial and some of us made it to the end and some didn't but the point is alot of resources were used and we were asked to send account details to cover for those resources that were used according to the attached image.

Now dailypost is saying it will only pay those who COMPLETED the trial. Going against what it clearly stated in the mail. There really isn't any integrity in that.

If I am finally picked as one of those who made it, I can only imagine how I will be treated when I finally start working. Maybe when I am given 3 tasks and I am only able to complete 2, I might not be paid. So, I am not only speaking for my friends but myself and those who are evn yet to start the trial.

Correct
Plenty shifting of goalposts on the side of Dailyposts.co.uk.

As an observer I still maintain than some sort of scam is going on. . .

My friends and I just received payment from dailyposts. Those who also could not FINISH the trial were also paid according to the number of days they were able to be productive.

Now this proves that the company listens and have geniune interest in working with Nigerians.

I can comfortably work with them now and anyone else who has shown interest.

....Speaking up is not a way of castigating, it is getting what is rightly yours!

Thanks to dailyposts, thanks to my fellow nairalanders.

See you all at the top!

Sorry dear. This isn't ponzi. My friends and I have been paid and you have my words as the only proof.

My only advice now is fo you to put in your best to be part of he selected few after the trial so you don't only get paid for the trial but also secure a job.
