I dunno why people find it so difficult to tell their fellow human being that they don't like things they are doing.

Tell him you need him to go.

If am the one, I will tell him its time to go, will give him 2days to do that angry.

I just like me.

then stop complaining

l can get a room for a 100yrs old relative if only l can get my peace and privacy back but the way am seeing you, all you want is unnecessary argument and not a way out
You talk sence, what matter's is the peace he gives you that all,but if the it reverse then he goes..

I don't know how someone's presence makes you sick if the person isn't a jerk, you didn't say he's. Be accommodating and try your best to understand his plight. Don't give someone an inhuman treatment 'cause of their predicament, you don't know what tomorrow holds. Those attitude of yours were uncalled for. Don't spoil the good you started, little things matter in life.

If you must know his plans about moving out, simply ask him what his next moves are, and I'm sure you'll get answers.
my dear it seems you have not had this kind of experience - it can be as bad as contemplating leaving the house for them and run - i actually left the room (for sometime) while in the University back then!

its hard bro, i done think am tire, what is even paining me is that he is so comfortable as if its his house
something like this happened to me last year. this time it was due to the guys laziness i wanted him out. i was even senior to him. he NEVER participated in house work. i cooked for him to eat, he used water i fetched without replacing, even after eating, he wouldnt wash the plates, he wakes up at around 11.am, he was addicted to going to patronise prostitutes with any money he had, thats if he doesnt use it to pkay nairabet.the last straw that broke the camels back was when i returned from journey one time and met the pot of beans i cooked before i left, and i basically cooked because of him, because i felt since hes not working, eating outside like me was a waste of money. he stayed in that house with the pot of beans covered with worms, i looked at the toilet, it was brown. and he was playing and laughing with my neighbour girl. so i said this is it! akant take any more.

i planned with a fine chick to come spend sometime with me. we weren't having sex. after few days, i told dude i was travelling briefly that he should hang out somewhere with any friend till i return because i didnt want him alone in the house with my girl. he agreed, he moved a few things.

thats how "i never came came back" till a month. i was always posting him till he got the message and went back to his village. he is back in lagos now, he has his place.

I was even a good person. i can imagine he lived with my elder brother. hmmmm.... that one is the international standard for neatness. i dont even like staying around him for too long. he can show you a white singlet as neat as the one you just bought, then he will inform you that he has used it for nine years!!! i respect that guy. even his handwriting will tell you not to try nonsense where he is. he can perceive body odour from a distance of six miles. that dude wont last a day in the same house with him.

op, it is my conviction that close relative especially your uncle are important to you weather they annoyed u or not.
I will rather fight a friend no matter how good and close he is than a relative no matter how wicked they are . I want you to know one thing relative will always be your relative and you can not change them but you can still find a better friend .
their are many ways to handle issues that it won't result to quarrel this is where. maturity comes in .
you just need to call on your diplomatic skill that is all.
if I were you I would just relocate to a room when the rent dues claiming that I can't afford to pay another rent in the current apartment . and when relocating go with your girl friend this will enable him to find somewhere else to reside as he won't be able to stay in the same room with you and your girlfriend.

NOTE: should never force him out of your house for this will create enmity between your children and his children
