I know a lady that goes shopping whenever she is depressed, it makes her happy, some their own is listening to music, others there own is chatting with people or hanging out.

I like hanging out with my friends and gossiping when am depressed.

i've been sad a couple of times but never ever have i been depressed even in crazy extremly difficult conditions.............................makes me wonder why others feel the need to resort to suiceid undecided
